@ thxjay – A happy return to the world of spy thrillers. My go-to guy has been missing in action for a while now, I suspect agents of SMERSH. I do have a few more, will trot them out soon, trying to hunt down some better bitrates. This one in glorious 320 quality…
Hold the fort, cancel that last message, I see where you guys are coming from now. I was counting from the wrong end, and it sounded fine. Same 2 second gap. So unless we got it from the same source, I suspect there be a fault in the pressing. Sorry dudes.
Round Nassau take #2. My mate snipped the 2 seconds out. Woo-hoo!! Hope this helps…
'..to tell you the truth, I kinda lost track myself in all this excitement, but seeing as this is the most powerful blog in the world and could blow your mind to the edges of ecstasy. You just have to ask yourself a question... Do we feel Lucky?'
YOU BET WE DO!
Guys what a brilliant effort! It's so nice to have this score in the quality it deserves. You guys are the best.
Hi Bud, thanks for the brilliant Cuori Solitari. I have been looking all over the web for a cover and sadly the pickings are zero..
But as you know, that's never stopped me before, so spent the morning trying to create a cover with a bit of a retro feel about it, as I said, even finding a decent few stills from the web was a task in itself. I came up with this anyway, had to soften it to some degree to hide the nature of the low res material but hope it does the trick.
Now, I was about to start a back cover, and as normal, I had this playing in the background, when suddenly, would you know it, there is a problem with track 16 Cuori Solitari Night Club 2, from about 29 seconds in -32 seconds, it sounds to me as if the CD from which it was ripped from has got stuck? So, I didn't know how you wanted to go with this, the way I see it we have 3 options: 1. Leave it as it is 2. Delete it 3. Dare we ask the IMF ?!?!
I only bring this up as naturally it could effect how the track listing would appear for the back cover..
@ mel The last two Jackie Gleasons for you my friend.

For this last one it is to be noted that it has 12 tracks contrarily to what the track list on the front cover as well as the liner notes are saying (they are calling for 16 tracks). The "missing" tracks would be: "I've Got My Eyes On You", "Crazy Rhythm", The World Is Waiting For The Sunrise" & "You Can't Pull The Wool Over My Eyes". I bought the reissue LP in 1985 as you have it in this submission. It's possible that the original release (1955) had 16 tracks including those 4 "missing" ones, but I don't really know. The rips are @ 320 + HR artwork. Enjoy anyway.
Yep, it does seem strange that a quality label like Capitol would want to pull the wool over their customers' eyes - but it doesn't matter, I'm very happy to have whatever there is,and many thanks to you.

PS: I didn’t know there was a limit. Rapidshare cut me off twice now from downloading because I downloaded over 25 gigs in 5 days. Doesn’t everyone?
Except Thank you again for such dedication. I thought designing some original artwork would contribute in some small way toward this recording, but now the original artwork has been found, kinda leaves my efforts out in the cold a bit..
which leaves me to ask: @Isbum are you happy with that original artwork, as it contains a track listing..
@isbum - Hey friend, yes I did check through the links. I believe I was thinking of "Of Love and Desire" by Ronald Stein, which I do have and was posted by Filmpac, if I'm not mistaken.
Anyhow, I did find a copy of "Another Time, Another Place" on Ebay for $7.50 including shipping!
Huge Thanks for MOBY DICK. Really great having a cleaner version to replace the old hiss filled tape I have. One question though, I don't see FOR THE FALLEN included. Not sure if you thought 'For the Fallen' was part of the MOBY DICK title. It's a separate orchestral piece Herrmann composed. An amazing bit of music too. I've got that one on tape too but if you have it ripped I'd love to hear it.
Seems that thxjay isn’t the only one digging the spy stuff, quite a few downloads on the previous Roland Shaw. So here’s another. More of a compilation of 2 earlier albums, this takes the best cuts. Only 128 bitrate, but sounding pretty good…
The film is oft described as an Italian take on Lolita. An IMDB user commented thusly: “Seduction is beautifully photographed, and boasts an exquisite, and at times highly sensual Luis Enriquez Bacalov score”. I don’t know if I would call it sensual (perhaps I’m getting too old), but it does contain more than a hint of mambo-esque moments, and a touch of funk.
That's very kind of you to say so pal. I must admit I think I will use my own artwork this time around, as I think the original artwork is a bit lame to say the least.
I'm designing a back cover in the same vein, if you would like it let me know and I will post it here.
So, I was going through the process of re-organizing my Soundtrack folders, and while trying to figure out how I wanted to break things down, I became curious as to how everyone else does it. I currently have a variety of folders. "One-off" scores go in their respective decade folder (1970's, 1960's, etc.), composers with large discographies (Goldsmith, Morricone, etc) go in their own individual folders, then I also have a folder for Italian sountracks, libraries, pop soundtracks (non-scores), and too many more to mention. Needless to say, I keep changing my mind. So, how does everyone else organize their treasures??? Do tell.
@ All - Our friend quidtum has requested the removal of the following titles.. "Under Pompelmo" -Giuliano Sorgini "Das Unsichtbare Viser"- Walter Kubiczeck
The links will be killed tonight at midnight LA time.
@ Quinlan - Do not add these titles to the August links.
Big Thanks for Herrmann's FOR THE FALLEN. I've been on a Herrmann revival kick for the past few days. He's the composer responsible for my love of film music and classic movies.
Hi. I live in Mexico City and I can't find anywhere the "How to succeed in business without really trying" soundtrack. I now it's an oop from Rykodisc. Does anyone have it? Thanks in advance
Not to be confused with "La ragazza fuori strada", I'm fairly certain that this hasn't been seen here before. Courtesy of the dear departed Dictung und Wahrheit blog.
@ isbum, I was thinking of instituting a new designation for links that need not be listed by Quinlan, ie odd tracks shared, and so on. Say, by ending post "QDL", as in "Quinlan, don't list". Your thoughts?
@ filmscore, 1x Morricone, by year 1x other Ita., by year 1x other, by year
@ thxjay – Thanks for the heads-up on your Roland Shaw, sweet bitrate. Sadly, some of my other Bond related items are sounding just a little bit tinny, all treble and no bass, so let me experiment a little on these. If anyone has “Music To Read James Bond By”, two volumes, that would make for one sweet post, my copy of that @128 bitrate is very tinny indeed.
@ filmscore – My folders are organized pretty much the same as yours, with the exception I don’t have folders for Italian, French etc, it’s just one folder for each composer, with each score placed inside of that. Plus folders for various artists soundtracks, Disney, multiple composers etc. Seems to work out fine for me, but you do need to know the composer first to find anything.
@ isbum – Looking forward to Pretty Baby, thanks mate. And belated thanks to Tony too for Atlantic City, haven’t had a listen yet but will be enjoying both of them soon.
Fimpac, funny that I was typing that while you were posting. Thinking about the same thing at the same time on a different continent..! That's just nut's!
@ isbum - Oh well, thanks for trying bud. I guess it goes back onto the request list then, hey. I've got it wishlisted on p2pland, so ya never never know, "After Dark My Sweet" popped up after quite a while finding nothing.
@ filmpac - Nah, their are a couple more copies at the store. If this turns out to be theraputic, I can rip and break them until we get a decent one.')
Here's something I found under Don Randi's name. Recorded in '67 and arranged by Randi, this is a jazz take on the Beatles "Rubber Soul" album.
Lalo Schifrin's name pops up in the liner notes. "..Don Randi, who would court controversy later in the 60's, when his release of Lalo Schifrin's 'Theme from Che!' was boycotted by Cuban Americans who threatened to picket the Capitol Tower in Hollywood."
Now, I wonder where I can find a copy of that Lp. One thing indeed leeds to another.
I don't have Music to read James Bond by, but wondered if you could tell me, has the James Bond Songbook has ever been posted here, from 1965 by The James Bond Sextet. If not I could post tomorrow.
@ tony – Very short at only 22 minutes, coupled with a low bitrate (but sounding fine), makes for one quick download. A very nice cruisy little score it is too. Hope you enjoy…
@ isbum – Meh, I still reckon the Cruise is gay (not that there’s anything wrong with that). Everything else is just a smokescreen. Kind of like the whole Whacko Jacko and Lisa Marie Presley thing. And don’t start on “yeah, but the Cruise has got a kid with Katie Holmes”, all part of the smokescreen matey. Whacko had kids too. Even Rock Hudson got married, to keep up the facade. PS: Downloading a Didi Der Doppelganger as I type, will have to be tomorrow though bud, places to go and people to see.
@ ennioman - Yep, I already posted James Bond Songbook a month or so back, but it was @128 bitrate. Fire away if yours is better.
Yesterday I was watching The Hurricane on TCM... and thinking how similar and still opposite it was in its theme to Ford's later Fort Apache. I kept comparing Massey's Governor (I really admire Massey) to Fonda's commander...
Until I just yielded to Alfred Newman's score.
Ford never understood composers. Lots of his scores sound pastischey -- the best of those comes from the intelligent and versatile Lucien Caillot of the Philadelphia Orchestra (who may or may not have "helped" Stoki in his Bach arrangements).
And I know about his disdain for Alex North's excellent Cheyenne Autumn score. I don't know how he felt about Steiner's The Searchers. His producing partner at Odyssey, Merian Cooper, was pretty damn savvy about film music: he was determined that the King Kong score be a narrative unto itself.
My personal favorite of the Ford scores has been The Quiet Man...
But Newman's The Hurricane I'd love to get to know apart from the brilliant visuals and editing.
@ chimezatmidnight I didn't see your request of July 31 for Bob Fosse's "Sweet Charity" fulfilled, but I must say that I did not check all August posts yet. So here is my rip from LP @ 320 +HR artwork.
@quinlan: Sorry to have been absent so long, but I was busy with term papers and am still not quite caught up. Ocean Waves, while a Ghibli film, was not directed by Hayao Miyazaki and therefore not scored by Hisaishi. The composer was Shigeru Nagata.
Recently I inquired as to how one can convert a "CD-image" file and break out its individual tracks.
Lo & behold! I discovered the easiest of all solutions.
I mentioned previously that I favor using Easy CD-DA Extractor (Professional) for all my format conversions, etc....
If you select the AUDIO FILE FORMAT CONVERSION option and drag in both the CD-image (whatever format it's in) and the CD-Cue, the Extractor will both convert to desired format AND break out the individual tracks. Voila!
Quinlan - Just to let you know that Sweet Charity was filled. But thank you (as always) for your thoughts and caring in helping others. And a special thank you for the links you compile, for all of us.
Here's one I don't think I have seen here before, although I'm probably wrong, in which case this has been a complete waste of time :-( Rome by Night Various Composers that we all love and admire.
front cover here http://i18.tinypic.com/2l8i4ud.jpg
Deeply electronic vivid library by Piero Umiliani at the electronic keyboards, along with Cicci Santucci (trumpet), Franco Chiari (vibraphon), Tonino Ferrelli (bass) Roberto Podio (drums) & Enzo Grillini (guitar), recorded at Sound Workshop studio, Rome.
From record's notes: "This record is the result of new sound research, of unusual colours, "atmospheres" obtained by the use of electronic instruments, together with taped "live" sounds, such as percussion. This music is particularly adaptable for describing natural phenomenors (sic), great events, far away in time and space"

Has anyone taken notice, in the midst of all of Mad Men's excellence, of how good the underscore is?
The composer is David Carbonara. I remember liking his scores for Spanking The Monkey and Guiliani Time.
In what's typically either a mechanical cue based (Mike Post) medium or one with too many Dennis Potter derivatives of "iwony" (hear song! see how it mocks scene!), Carbonara's score is different and, yes, better.
Because of the audio mix it is not as conspicuous a "character" (the producer's word) as the props, clothes and lighting... but it is pretty darn integral and as good as anything else onscreen.
Thanks JoshR!! Only 23 minutes response to my request, amazing!
@ ruggo, chimez, constantino, lovers of 20th century classical music someone has posted Leonard Bernstein's Columbia recordings of the complete Sibelius symphonies: http://my.opera.com/STEFANfromPARIS/blog/show.dml/1290582
@ filmpac - Their is a guy who shows up every so often and asks for "Revenge of the Ninja". I was doing a little search at Soundtrack Collector yesterday on the two composers who did "In Search of..."(a favorite of mine), W. Michael Lewis & Laurin Rinder and "boing!", they were credited as composers on "Revenge of the Ninja" along with Robert J. Walsh.
I'm thinking it was drunkenmaster who was asking for this, so add my name to that request.
@ 3410 - "Eugenie De Sade" by Bruno Nicolai is great. A belated thank you for sharing it. Love the 60's sitar with big horn arrangements. Reminds me of E.Bernstein's "Alice B. Toklas".
WOW!!!! Thank you very much for "How to succeed..." I'm at my office now and I can't download it until I get home tonight (I can't hardly wait) I've been looking for this for many years. Thanks again,
In my quest for all things Herrmann I'm curious if anyone has any of the following.
- The Battle of Nereteva soundtrack - Snows of Kilimanjaro / 5 Fingers (Marco Polo CD) - The Bride Wore Black - Suite - Blue Denim (Film Score Monthly FSMCD Vol. 4 No. 15 tracks 17-31)
@ isbum – What an outstanding request, mate. It’s not at all hard to see why Faltermeyer got the invite to go to Hollywood. Comes with a bonus vocal version, enjoy…
@ thxjay & the spy jazzers – I like this one, a lot. A classic television series produces a classic score. Known as Danger Man in the UK, or Secret Agent Man in the US…
@ isbum – My bad, it wasn’t you at all, but Claus. You had a post directly beneath his, and I must’ve still been bug-eyed from last night. I tell you though, it’s a mighty fine score, so I hope you’ll enjoy it too.
ruggo, scoredaddy, constantine and donovan's brain,
Here is Jose Serebrier's recording with the Czech SP of a wide range of Leos Janacek's music.
Perhaps no one is more unique in his development than L.J -- or in his capturing the perpetual zeitgeist of modernism. He has had endless influence over so many different composers (including Herrmann).
The Czech SP provide terrific authenticity. And in a world of great Janacek conductors as varied as Mackerras, Neumann, Pesek and Ancerl, Serebrier (great on his own merits) just plain is as near as we'll get to hearing Stoki conduct this amazing music.
The first disc is orchestral music from a few different periods... including his Sinfonietta, Lachian Dances and Taras Bulba. The second disc is a mix of Janacek's and Serebrier's suites from the operas The Cunning Little Vixen (GREAT English animation of this released a few years ago on DVD), From The House of the Dead and The Makropulos Affair.
@ salm.d Reur request for Vangelis "L'Apocalypse Des Animaux" of July 24. I hope I'm not coming too late as I did for "Sweet Charity" (Sorry for that chimezatmidnight and filmpac and thank you for your kind understanding). Here is my rip from LP @ 320 with HR artwork.
One thing to be noted: On track 6 "Creation Du Monde", 9 minutes and 51 seconds after the start the music is fading away and there is a rather long silence of 21 seconds before the music starts again. That's strange but that's the way it is on the LP. We must believe that the composer wanted it this way. Enjoy
Tick...tick...tick.. about one hour and we roll into a new month. About a week ago my roomate and I took a guess at what the number of posts would be when August closed.

Hello all.
Looking for "Another Time, Another Place" Douglas Gamley.
I could have sworn I downloaded this a few months ago, but can't seem to find it :(
@ thxjay – A happy return to the world of spy thrillers. My go-to guy has been missing in action for a while now, I suspect agents of SMERSH. I do have a few more, will trot them out soon, trying to hunt down some better bitrates. This one in glorious 320 quality…

Great filmpac!!
@ tony - did you check out Quinlans new word file? Has all the links through July in it.

@ ennioPac - For poor quinlan, I've cleared up what would otherwise be a very confusing series of posts.
And here's my version. Missing 1.5 sec replaced with similar section from the next verse, pitched down a semitone, to account for the key change. ;)

@ Isbum
Hi Bud, thanks for the brilliant Cuori Solitari. I have been looking all over the web for a cover and sadly the pickings are zero..
But as you know, that's never stopped me before, so spent the morning trying to create a cover with a bit of a retro feel about it, as I said, even finding a decent few stills from the web was a task in itself. I came up with this anyway, had to soften it to some degree to hide the nature of the low res material but hope it does the trick.
http://rapidshare.com/files/52019274/Cuori_Solitari_Front.zip.html
Now, I was about to start a back cover, and as normal, I had this playing in the background, when suddenly, would you know it, there is a problem with track 16 Cuori Solitari Night Club 2, from about 29 seconds in -32 seconds, it sounds to me as if the CD from which it was ripped from has got stuck?
So, I didn't know how you wanted to go with this, the way I see it we have 3 options:
1. Leave it as it is
2. Delete it
3. Dare we ask the IMF ?!?!
I only bring this up as naturally it could effect how the track listing would appear for the back cover..
What do you think Boss?

@ Ennioman,
"Nightclub 2" fixed. Stay tuned.

Yep, it does seem strange that a quality label like Capitol would want to pull the wool over their customers' eyes - but it doesn't matter, I'm very happy to have whatever there is,and many thanks to you.

WOW, got to say it my friend, that's incredible!
I don't know what else to say?
Except Thank you again for such dedication. I thought designing some original artwork would contribute in some small way toward this recording, but now the original artwork has been found, kinda leaves my efforts out in the cold a bit..
which leaves me to ask:
@Isbum are you happy with that original artwork, as it contains a track listing..
Let me know.
Thanks again 3410

@isbum - Hey friend, yes I did check through the links. I believe I was thinking of "Of Love and Desire" by Ronald Stein, which I do have and was posted by Filmpac, if I'm not mistaken.
Anyhow, I did find a copy of "Another Time, Another Place" on Ebay for $7.50 including shipping!
So, I will post when I receive the LP. :)
@ chimezatmidnight
Huge Thanks for MOBY DICK. Really great having a cleaner version to replace the old hiss filled tape I have. One question though, I don't see FOR THE FALLEN included. Not sure if you thought 'For the Fallen' was part of the MOBY DICK title. It's a separate orchestral piece Herrmann composed. An amazing bit of music too. I've got that one on tape too but if you have it ripped I'd love to hear it.
@ 3410 - Thank you!
@ ennioman - Think a combination of the two will work well. Thanks!

Seems that thxjay isn’t the only one digging the spy stuff, quite a few downloads on the previous Roland Shaw. So here’s another. More of a compilation of 2 earlier albums, this takes the best cuts. Only 128 bitrate, but sounding pretty good…
Roland Shaw “The World Of James Bond Adventure”, @128:
http://rapidshare.com/files/52134143/RS-WorldOfBond.zip
In keeping with the run of Bacalovs, something of a rarity methinks. Desperately in need of track titles, if anyone can help.
Luis Bacalov “La Seduzione (aka Seduction)” (1973), LP @192:
http://rapidshare.com/files/52153621/LB-LaSeduzione.zip
The film is oft described as an Italian take on Lolita. An IMDB user commented thusly: “Seduction is beautifully photographed, and boasts an exquisite, and at times highly sensual Luis Enriquez Bacalov score”. I don’t know if I would call it sensual (perhaps I’m getting too old), but it does contain more than a hint of mambo-esque moments, and a touch of funk.
Anybody got the unreleased WIMBLEDON score by Edward Shearmur or TWO WORLDS videogame score by Harold Faltermeyer?
Thanks!!!
@ ennioman & isbum
Happy to help. BTW, e-man, I like your art better than the official one.
@ filmpac - Totally fun score from Bacalov there my man!
Hi all!
Anybody have the OST of "New York City Band" by Harold Wheeler. It was a Joey Travolta gang movie.
Anyone? Thx.
@ filmpac - Track six is pretty sensual. Kinda reminds me of "Act of Love" by Art of Noise.
BTW: I'll be delivering your Pretty Baby tomorrow.
Add that to tony's "Atlantic City" and it'll be a Louis Malle double feature Cd.
@ 3410
That's very kind of you to say so pal.
I must admit I think I will use my own artwork this time around, as I think the original artwork is a bit lame to say the least.

Request:
I watched "Das Sams" (The Slurb) recently, and would like to have the music by Nicola Piovani. Anyone who could share that?
Do tell.
Cheers

@ isbum,
I was thinking of instituting a new designation for links that need not be listed by Quinlan, ie odd tracks shared, and so on. Say, by ending post "QDL", as in "Quinlan, don't list". Your thoughts?
@ filmscore,
1x Morricone, by year
1x other Ita., by year
1x other, by year
@ 3410 - Great suggestion!
This should be employed for limited time shares as well.
@ quinlan - What do you think of this?
@ jordan – A request from July, I didn’t have it at the time but do now. A very low key affair from Jarre…
Maurice Jarre “After Dark, My Sweet” (1990), @192:
http://rapidshare.com/files/52167594/MJ-AfterDarkMySweet.zip
@ filmpac - Put a hold on for "Pretty Baby". The Lp must have been pressed by monkeys.
It popped, I snapped, the record got cracked and trashed.
I've gotten less grief from records pressed in the 1950's fer cry'in out sideways!
@ 3410
Thanks for the extras buddy, glad to have helped you out.
Ennioman
@ filmpac - Nah, their are a couple more copies at the store.
If this turns out to be theraputic, I can rip and break them until we get a decent one.')
Here's something I found under Don Randi's name. Recorded in '67 and arranged by Randi, this is a jazz take on the Beatles "Rubber Soul" album.
The Music Company
"Rubber Soul Jazz"
http://rapidshare.com/files/52335416/DR_RubberSoulJazz.zip
Lalo Schifrin's name pops up in the liner notes.
"..Don Randi, who would court controversy later in the 60's, when his release of Lalo Schifrin's 'Theme from Che!' was boycotted by Cuban Americans who threatened to picket the Capitol Tower in Hollywood."
Now, I wonder where I can find a copy of that Lp.
One thing indeed leeds to another.
Crap, "leads" to another!
Note to Isbum - The term "ripping" is NOT meant to be taken literally;)
@ filmpac - Brooke Shields hasn't been ripped like that since Tom Cruise had a go at her! ;)
@ Filmpac
I don't have Music to read James Bond by, but wondered if you could tell me, has the James Bond Songbook has ever been posted here, from 1965 by The James Bond Sextet. If not I could post tomorrow.

@ tony – Very short at only 22 minutes, coupled with a low bitrate (but sounding fine), makes for one quick download. A very nice cruisy little score it is too. Hope you enjoy…
Bruce Langhorne “The Hired Hand” (1971), @128:
http://rapidshare.com/files/52358963/BL-TheHiredHand.zip
@ filmpac - I think you missed the referance. Cruise attacked Shields for using anti-depressants after the birth of one of her children.
"Pretty Baby" stars Brooke Shields..
Example A.
How to explain a joke to death.
Does anyone have Alfred Newman's The Hurricane?
@ chimezatmidnight

Didn't the LD of Ford's THE HURRICANE have an isolated score?
@quinlan: Sorry to have been absent so long, but I was busy with term papers and am still not quite caught up. Ocean Waves, while a Ghibli film, was not directed by Hayao Miyazaki and therefore not scored by Hisaishi. The composer was Shigeru Nagata.
@ALL MY TECH HELPERS
It is very very much appreciated, my friend.

"This record is the result of new sound research, of unusual colours, "atmospheres" obtained by the use of electronic instruments, together with taped "live" sounds, such as percussion. quinlan,
Your concern is sweeter than Charity. I do have the download. What's entirely better is having an experience of your thoughtful kindness.
Thank you!

Does anyone have the Link for ET vol. 8 I'll be damned if I can find it??
Ennioman
scoredaddy,
I downloaded a very good Takemitsu 2 CD set from Moodswingmusic yesterday...
@ segroeg
I would appreciate Willpower at 320. Many thanks.
@ chimez
I grabbed that Takemitsu as well but haven't listen to it yet.
@ filmpac - Their is a guy who shows up every so often and asks for "Revenge of the Ninja".
I was doing a little search at Soundtrack Collector yesterday on the two composers who did "In Search of..."(a favorite of mine),
W. Michael Lewis & Laurin Rinder
and "boing!", they were credited as composers on "Revenge of the Ninja" along with Robert J. Walsh.
I'm thinking it was drunkenmaster who was asking for this, so add my name to that request.
Thanks for any help locating this.
@ 3410 - "Eugenie De Sade" by Bruno Nicolai is great. A belated thank you for sharing it.
Love the 60's sitar with big horn arrangements. Reminds me of E.Bernstein's "Alice B. Toklas".
Ennioman,
WOW!!!! Thank you very much for "How to succeed..." I'm at my office now and I can't download it until I get home tonight (I can't hardly wait) I've been looking for this for many years. Thanks again,
Humberto

In my quest for all things Herrmann I'm curious if anyone has any of the following.
- The Battle of Nereteva soundtrack
- Snows of Kilimanjaro / 5 Fingers (Marco Polo CD)
- The Bride Wore Black - Suite
- Blue Denim (Film Score Monthly FSMCD Vol. 4 No. 15 tracks 17-31)
@ isbum – What an outstanding request, mate. It’s not at all hard to see why Faltermeyer got the invite to go to Hollywood. Comes with a bonus vocal version, enjoy…
Harold Faltermeyer & Arthur Lauber “Didi Der Doppelganger” (1984), @VBR-high:

The Snows of Kilimanjaro and Five Fingers are coming!
@ thxjay & the spy jazzers – I like this one, a lot. A classic television series produces a classic score. Known as Danger Man in the UK, or Secret Agent Man in the US…
Edwin Astley & His Orchestra “Danger Man” (1964), @128 but sounding fine:

Reur request for Vangelis "L'Apocalypse Des Animaux" of July 24.
I hope I'm not coming too late as I did for "Sweet Charity" (Sorry for that chimezatmidnight and filmpac and thank you for your kind understanding).
Here is my rip from LP @ 320 with HR artwork.

One thing to be noted:
On track 6 "Creation Du Monde", 9 minutes and 51 seconds after the start the music is fading away and there is a rather long silence of 21 seconds before the music starts again. That's strange but that's the way it is on the LP. We must believe that the composer wanted it this way.
Enjoy
@chimesatmidnight
Having some problem getting those Mediafire links to work for the Janacek.
ruggo,
I will download them and see what is wrong.
Tick...tick...tick..
about one hour and we roll into a new month.
About a week ago my roomate and I took a guess at what the number of posts would be when August closed.
He guessed 1300
I guessed 1422
If it stays at this post, we have a tie.
