Does anyone have Bruno Nicolai's Zenabel? I found an offer at Amazon Marketplace, but since I don't know a scrap of it, I would like to listen into this soundtrack before I order.
Thanks, filmpac. It's a minor error, really, but an annoying one; the first half a beat or so of each track is missing.
On another subject, RS is counting down incredibly slowly for me for the last few days. I've seen it counting down at about 95% of real time before, but now it's running at about 35%. ie it says "60 minutes remaining", and an hour later says "40 minutes remaining". Rather infuriating. Anyone have a fix?
(I can't reboot the router because I'm on a network with others).
Might have to go Premium if I can't sort this one out, but that's difficult too, without a credit card.
Thanks a lot for the TURBULENCE! Certainly not Davis' best score and the all synths/sampled orchestra sound of course needs some imagination, but nice to finally have it. Been wanting to buy the CD for a long while, but could never find it anywhere yet. Now my Davis-collection is "complete", thanks for that. :)

@ quinlan - Thank you sooo much for the clean-up on Eutanasia. Just having a listen now, and quite frankly I'm stunned, lovely and clear. Great job!
I am however, just a little concerned about seeing it come back @320 bitrate, up from 192. Everything I know about bitrates (granted, which isn't very much) led me to believe that inflating the bitrate did not lead to improved sound quality, just to a bigger file at the same quality. Perhaps you could ease my mind, and briefly summarize how you go about this. The main reason I ask is that quite a few of my p2p chums are real audiophiles, they can and do run spectrum analysis on mp3 files to determine if they are genuine 320's or not. I'd hate to get busted by one of them. Of course, I can always put it back to 192 at my end, so this is not a big problem for me... mostly just curious.
You are more than welcome amigo, what with all the cool stuff you've posted. The synths hurt that score a bit, but it's not bad, and there are flashes of Matrix brilliance in it:)
Isbum, thank you so much for the gorgeous "Bunny Lake is Missing." It's a fun film, too.
Have you (or anybody here) heard anything else by Paul Glass? Doing an IMDB search it looks like he turned in some genre scores (the films "Lade in the Cage" and "To the Devil a Daughter" as well as 23 episodes of "Night Gallery") and Stuart Cooper's acclaimed film "Overlord" (which I haven't seen, but it was recently released on DVD by Criterion), but everything else is pretty obscure. Otherwise he composed a lot of classical works.
@ voncheech - thanks for posting that informative little piece on mp3 encoding. There seems to be a prevalent myth that digital copies are just digital copies and that there is no signal degradation when trading mp3's, not taking into consideration compression rates and methods. kudos!
@ isbum - The blue faced character was I believe called 0t0matic. His blog was defunct last time I checked, removed it from my favorites and can't locate it again, so almost certainly dead. Yes, "Southern Comfort" came from there, but I don't recall ever seeing "The Warriors". I would have grabbed it for sure and certain. Barry De Vorzon's Warriors would make for one great post, from you DVD rippers. One for The Master Cylinder, perhaps? Cross fingers.
@ voncheech - Cheers mate, now I understand how they spot the difference.
@ Amadues - I'll have The Rosenman "Lord of the Rings" up soon. I need to re-reip the CD cuz I usually listen at a lower bitrate - but it will be at 320. Megaupload OK? I'd have to make a couple of uploads to Rapidshare.
..and I think Pinscher just asked about this- Expanded Score ALONG CAME A SPIDER/JERRY GOLDSMITH Pt.1 http://rapidshare.com/files/82607069/AlongCameJer1.rar Pt.2 http://rapidshare.com/files/82609985/AlongCameJer2.rar
Sound is pretty good, covers included , 320. The new cues may have been sourced from a 5.1 mix, so beware. Nice suspense score, pretty underrated by most, but there are some wonderful things to be heard here, and it's nice to have the full end title even though it's a track job. Discouraging to read about the 320 debacle tho - I thought that rate was supposed to be the bees knees!
@ goblinscore - Lossless formats such as FLAC and APE are no doubt the way of the future, but 320 IS still the bees knees as far as mp3 files go... when sourced directly from CD.
The concern enters the picture when we try to work out whether these are genuine 320s, or not.
Consider the following scenario. Person A uploads something @128 bitrate. Person B downloads it, and burns it as an audio disc. It sounds great, he's happy. Now some time later, person C comes along and requests it. Person B (being the good chappy that he is), duly rips his audio CD, and wanting to present it in the best possible light, rips it @320 bitrate.
Ask yourself. Has our original 128 bitrate mp3 magically improved in quality during this process?
This is probably the reason why I *always* report the bitrate I am posting, just so other people know exactly what they are getting. But I can only report what my media player program tells me in the first place. If (at some earlier point) it has been artificially inflated, me personally has no way of knowing (at least, without running one of them spectral analysis thingys).
Now, having said all that, a genuine 320 will always remain a genuine 320, no matter how many times it is copied. There is NO degradation in quality, it is not like a copy of a copy of a copy etc. Digital 1s and 0s will ALWAYS remains 1s and 0s, no matter how many times we copy them.
@ filmpac - Actually, that was an extremely concise explanation.
Even for a pinhead like me. ;)
I would have done the same thing quinlan did. I know I would have, because I hate fussing with the settings.
@ goblinscore - I downloaded the Gaslini/Goblin, but as I've had a migraine all damn day, haven't had a listen yet. Much thanks for going the extra mile to provide it in 320 though. You're a righteous chap in my book!
Ok, one more since I'm addicted to this sharing biz again, and this is a good one for a nice rainy nite out...
Thief Special Edition - Tangerine Dream Pt.1 http://rapidshare.com/files/82629145/Thf1.rar Pt.2 http://rapidshare.com/files/82632293/Thf2.rar
This is something I cooked up myself. TD heads won't find anything new, but it's one of my faves and a nice intro to the band for the curious. 320kps, lame art included(sorry, not my strong suit!). It is basically the original album, sequenced into film order, with a rare single of Dr. Destructo, a personal edit from their album Force Majeure (heard in the film, not on the album) and the concert track containing 'Diamond Diary' from the album 'Antique Dreams'.
@ tripmastermonk - Ok, "No" was the short answer. Doubtless someone will ask for the longer one, so let's try and explain the zipping process... briefly.
Imagine you have ten green bottles hanging on the wall. Ten green bottles hanging on the wall. And if one green bottle should accidentally fall... ok, stop that.
In computer speak, each of these green bottles would occupy one byte. Ten green bottles would therefore occupy 10 bytes. But there is another way I could represent those ten green bottles. I could say, the bottle is green AND there are 10 of them. This takes up 2 bytes, one for the color, and one for how many. Does that make sense? What the zipping process has done is reduce 10 bytes down to 2 bytes. Which (as Bill & Ted would say) is MOST EXCELLENT DUDE!
But life isn't always this simple. We don't get just green bottles hanging on the wall, oh no. There's brown ones, and clear ones, and plastic ones too. So we need to represent all these too. We might have 3xgreen, followed by 2xbrown, then 1xclear, then 4xplastic. Our ten bottles are now reduced to four pairs, equalling 8 bytes. Still a saving, but not as much as before.
Now we come to the unzipper. It knows what the zipper did in the first place, so it can plod along and undo what the zipper did. Those 8 bytes get expanded back out to the original 10 bytes. That's assuming everything works as it should. We've all seen that CRC error at some time, right?
Absolutely nothing is lost during this process. Check?
But here's why zippers don't make a whole lot of difference on file sizes. At least when it comes to music. And images. Simply because two beats of music are never the same. The beat goes up, the beat goes down. In fact, it's entirely possible that a zipped folder can EXCEED the original folder. But the bottom line is that after zipping and unzipping, you are back to EXACTLY what you had in the first place. And that's good to know.
Now, this opens a whole other conversation, known as VBR (or Variable Bit Rate). So let's get this one out of the way at the same time. Basically, what VBR does is compress all them green bottles, and leave them that way. A 3-minute track of complete silence, recorded @320 constant bitrate will take up 10Mb on your hard drive. The same 3-minutes of silence, recorded @VBR, will take up a poofteenth of nothing. But to your ears, it will sound identical... since it's SILENCE! But most audiophiles think VBR is complete rubbish, so don't quote me on that one.
If you aren't totally confused by now, you probably should be. I certainly am, but I hope that helps, at least a little;)
@ goblinscore - Here is the story of my other experience with Tangerine Dream's "Thief". What follows comes from Soundtrack Lovers Paradise Members Only Club.
@ mp - I do have a Tangerine Dream request. Their was a guy at my blog who uploaded "Theif" The 25th Anniversary Edition or some sort of "Complete" version produced by the band's own lable.
It was great hearing it, but had some glitches in several tracks. The type that sounded like wires being crossed, sort of loud "zapping" sounds.
I didn't have the heart to complain or ask him for a re-up, so I've just kept it on my hard drive kind of hopeing someone else would come along with a new rip.
If you have this cd, I would really appreciate it. Thanks for offering man.

@ Isbum - Since TD has never released any expanded Thief score, this is an interesting boot edition. What's been done is taking the original score CD, taking the album track from TD's "Force Majeure" which was used in the film/splitting it into 3 other cues, then taking either existing additional commercial versions or homemade remixes and compiling a brand new CD. I only heard digital noise on 2 of your tracks - "Main Titles/ The Heist" and "Sam's Forge". I have made clean rips of those and Main titles is now "Diamond Diary" while "Sam's Forge" is now "Burning Bar". Also I have included an additional track "Labeo" which was recorded originally for the film. All 3 tracks are @320 in the below file.

Please let me know if this works for you.
isbum said... @ mp - It's great my friend. Where would the extra track, "Labeo", go numerically if I'm putting it together as it's heard in the film?
August 24, 2007 8:38 AM
Now goblinscore, I was going to try explaining the story, but it should be clearer just being able to read how it went down.
I am listening to your version now and haven't heard any glitches yet. If you want to download mp's extra tracks or the version I posted for him, you can perhaps cull them together into some "Platinum Supreme Version of Tangerine Dream's soundtrack for Thief"
All I can say is, I hope your version ends the story, but if a more complete version can be culled from this, I'd download it again in a heartbeat. :)
@ fimpac - So, are you on boynotorious' blog? He hasn't invited me yet. :(
I just read something in Macworld. We know that CD quality music can be turned into MP3 which are supposed to sound as good as CD quality but with smaller file sizes.
But once the music is shrunk down to MP3 you can't ever expanded it back to full size.
Apple has a format called Apple Lossless. If used you can compress a music file and make it like an MP3 BUT later in life you can uncompress it and get full quality back. How they manage that is beyond me.
@isbum - wow, didn't know this had any history! It was just some thing I threw together for my own amusement, thought others might dig it. I'll try and remember to grab what else was posted here and see about a super duper deluxe version, since thinking about it, I forgot to include 'Exit' another album track used in one scene. Guess it's time to pull this DVD, yes?
Much thanks for all the links provided on this blog. So very cool!
Saw some William Lava PINK PANTHER animation scores on one of these blogs, but can't remember which. They didn't load/work, anyways... so does anyone have any links of these scores that are current.
Thanx!
Will load up some scores as soon as I can zip them.
@ filmpac I'm glad that you asked the question about an mp3 file @ 192 kbs becoming "magically" 320 after restoration. I can see that it generated a number of interesting comments. And it also means to me that at least you are paying some attention to what I am doing. Since I want to make no secret of it, I'm going to try to give you an explanation as clear as possible. Firstly I want to say that I do not pretend to improve the sound in doing so and therefore I have no intention of "cheating". There are several softwares to restore sound with interferences such as clicks, pops, crackling or surface noise coming from a vinyl record and probably several ways to use them. I don't know them all and can just describe what I am doing with the software I have been using for about three years now which is "Steinberg Clean" from "Pinnacle Systems". This software has capabilities to restore, optimize and remaster all kind of music recorded thru it. It's even backed up by another more powerful software called Wavelab. First of all to be able to restore a vinyl, I have to record it on my hard drive thru the system. This is a simple task which just takes the time to play the record. Obviously I have a good quality turntable, connected to a good quality amplifier which itself is connected to the PC. When recording the music I do not use any equalizer or other tools to modify the music. I just record it as it comes out of the amplifier and monitor what I am recording with a headset (I could use the speakers but I don't want to trouble the rest of the family who may not necessarily like what I am playing, and, in addition I can better detect with the headset the imperfections which may result from playing often old records with dust and scratches). I forgot to say that before playing the record I clean it as much as possible with some soft liquid soap and a smooth sponge, rinse it with demineralized water and dry it with some kind of soft paper that my wife uses in the kitchen. Now you're going to ask me what has this to do with the mp3 files you submitted? Well, your mp3 files had some parasites because they were coming from a vinyl rip. And with my software I cannot import mp3 files (I tried but it does not work). What I don't want to do either is to convert automatically the mp3 files in wav files. I know I could do it but I don't feel comfortable with that. So what I do with an mp3 file which I want to restore is exactly what I do with a vinyl: I play it with my headset on and simultaneously record it thru the "Clean" system. This operation takes the time necessary to play and listen to all files needing restoration. When it's completed, I have wav files in my system coming from the original mp3 files with a sound which is not better than the mp3 files sound, whatever it is, but not worse. So it means that I have not improved the sound but I think I can say that I did not deteriorated it. Then I can start restoring, optimizing and/or remastering where necessary. I will not describe this process here, but I have to say that here again I hate to do do things automatically although the system offers that capability. So I'm using my three year experience as well as my good judgement (provided it's good enough) to apply the necessary settings to the wav files for each individual track. I must say that I have a tool providing the possibility to listen to what I remove, so if I realize that I am removing some useful part of the signal I have to change my settings. When this is completed, if I am still not totally happy with the result, I can use the other sofware "Wavelab" which allows me to make some further improvements which I will not detail here but which I can qualify of rather sophisticated. At the end of the day I hopefully come up with wav files having an improved listening quality if we don't want to say an improved sound. The only pretention at this point is to have music cleared off the various parasites which most of the times came from an original rip from a vinyl record. So the original sound (the master tape) has not been improved. Contrarily it may have been downgraded by the rip and/or the compression at a lousy rate, but in the case we were concerned with, it was the only source available I had, the one you gave a link to. Again, here we must admit that improving the listening quality goes often (or always) with altering somehow the original sound or the sound available. This means that restoring a file by removing the parasites without altering the sound is sometimes a difficult task, and here I think we should not have a too technical approach which will prove necessarily that the music has been altered. We should rather let our ears tell us whether it's pleasant or not. That's the difference between the rational and the emotional. I'm happy when you tell me that you found what I submitted lovely and clear because it's what you and me were aiming at. Let's come back to our wav files. As a reminder I started from mp3 files supplied by yourself compressed at a 192 bitrate which is not the worst but not the best. I described how I obtained wav files, only to be able to process some restoration, because I couldn't do it to the mp3 files directly and that's were we stand. Now I want to resubmit the whole thing to you. The 13 wav files are "weighing" approximately 350 Mb. We are all compressing music files in mp3 for two reasons: the room it takes on the hard drives and the time it takes to down (and/or up) load. This is a key point allowing that enormous circulation of music throughout the internet world and more precisely for us throughout blogland. Knowing that the best rate is 320, I had no other choice than making a compression at 320, not to improve the sound but to not deteriorate it further. It allowed me to supply you with a file of 77 Mb. And I think you got the complete story. For your information, I make all my compressions at 320 using the LAME codec at the slowest speed to allow the best possible quality. Again when I "pack" the files in a Winrar folder I also use the slowest speed to do it. But the only thing I can guarantee is that the files I am submitting for sharing are at a genuine 320 bitrate when it's my own rip (from LP or CD). Otherwise what I am trying to do is to propose the best possible quality not to say the least deteriorated quality. A last comment concerning the use of mp3. I have described above the basic reasons why we are all using this compression technic. We know there is a loss in the signal, but what is lost is what is not listenable by the human ear. So, who cares? Probably the so called "purists". But if you have a wav or a loss less file which you know has no signal loss, are you happier because you have something that you won't be able to listen to anyway? Personally I listen to music with a headset or speakers, not with a spectrum analyzer. Let the emotion speak! The good quality of sound is dependent of so many things: the original sound of course, the Hi-Fi equipment but also the room it's located in, the sound quality of the walls, and so on. To be able to listen to music properly should we all have in our houses or apartments the equivalent of the Capitol recording studios? At the moment I have three 500 Gb external hard drives, not full of mp3 music files but not far. Provided all files would be at 320 (this is not the case and I can't control it), I would have to have not 3 but 14 or 15 hard drives. So for me mp3 is the most acceptable solution so far, provided it's well executed at the best possible rate. Well, filmpac, you asked me to briefly summarize how I obtained this 320 bitrate from your 192. I'm afraid instead of a summary you got an essay. Sorry if I bothered you. I'll let you now listen to your favorite files at whatever rate they may be. The only condition is that they provide you with a great listening pleasure. If you had it with this "Eutanasia Di Un Amore", I'm the happiest man of the world. Cheers
@ isbum - I got no idea what my Emily is, stereo or mono. Is there an easy way of telling, without running one of them spectral analysis thingys?
Thanks for Spider Woman amigo, no idea how I missed that when posted.
@ quinlan - Well, what can I say? I truly cannot thank you enough for that outstanding essay into what goes on behind the scenes. And I agree totally with what you have to say, the bottom line (at least for me) is the listening experience, and not the spectral analysis. By all counts, you succeeded admirably. Thank you, kind sir!
I feel bad asking for another private share, but would anyone here have a decent version of Shore's "Soul Of The Ultimate Nation"? I got it in 320, but there seem to be some ugly glitches in the louder tracks... Thanks.

Cheers for the thought, I'm beginning to feel like some homeless begger sitting just at the entrance to Isbums place pestering everyone for Crime Jazz scraps as they enter :) .....hey man!......ya got any crime jazz man!
@Quinlan,
What a very eloquently put explanation, pity we can't just acquire your years of experience in that field :( I could do with your skills on some of my Crime Jazz collection series, compiling various MP3's throws up all kind of variations in levels and noise.
@ tony - I've already laid all my Lai's on you, but if something new comes along you'll be the first to know. But why close the blog? Can't you just leave it in hiatus?
FYI, there is a sneaky little way to keep the links alive. Tickle them a little. Do everything you would normally do to download, except click "Cancel" when you get to the final pop-up window that lets you save the file. Both Rapidshare and Megaupload flag this as a download, letting it live for another 90 days.
Although, looking at my Lai contributions to your blog, all links are perfectly healthy.
I read the exchange between you and THXjay on the lack of people leaving comments and it did bum me out a bit. This place is like a town hall for all the bloggers out there who visit. I encourage every one of you who have blogs to notify us of updates and dag-nabbit, leave a link so we can all check it out. :) This place is only comments, while many of the visitors here have visually incredible places with far more descriptive background information on the music being offered than I can muster up.
@ Tony, Quinlan, Mel - If you or your favorite blogs wish to post any of the music I share here, please let me know. Tony - Seriously, take my links! ;) I get 2/3rds more downloads when they appear at I Love My Turntable.
@ Quinlan, Mel - I would be honored to see any of my records posted at Xtabay's blog or any other spots you frequent.
The darkest days of mass deletions seem to over, and even if something of mine gets killed, it wouldn't bother me much at all. The fun of sharing with your friends far outweighs the minor hassle of re-upping.
@ All- Sorry, I forgot to mention that my small tribute to Mort Garson, who just passed away, is on the main page. If you have any records by him that you would like to contribute to this thread, I would appreciate it.
Ahem, ruggo, filmpac...the Wozard of Id awaits. ;)
@ thxjay - Posted here because filmpac is slack, and Franklynotters can get it too, blah blah, but intended for The Crime Lounge. Besides, you can surprise them. Comes with some bonus radio spots for 60s spy flicks. Hope you are still looking for...
My Ecce Homo is only at @128, guess we did the same shopping at the same store..
@ methexis
Always happy to see what you have posted, long may it continue!
@all
Again sorry for the lack of posts on my behalf, but I am tied up in a project that may last a little while. But rest assured if a request comes up that needs filling and I can help, I will.
@ 7 Black Notes - First off, thanks for the Lai! Are you still looking for "Pathos- Segreta Inquietudine" by Gabriel Ducros ? Also known as "Obsession: A Taste of Fear" here in the U.S..
7 Black Notes is also looking for "My Bodyguard" by Dave Grusin.
It's funny looking back at some recent emails between us. I called you "John" several times thinking you were "maimone digital". Nutty, I AM! Guess you didn't have the heart to ask what the heck was wrong with me.
I'm O.K. now. Some medications never wear off. ;)
Anyhow, I placed your requests here, so keep half a bloody eyeball on this place cuz they might turn up. Lastly, if you have something for our Big Western Action project, please drop it in. I don't care if it's on the weird side, as long as it's big and in your face music.
@ eda-88 - 8 score tracks, 5 vocal tracks, an outstanding soundtrack album for Dave Grusin. Would love to see this get the complete isolated score treatment, but until then, please to enjoy...
@ isbum - Sorry, but I can't see how that "Fantastic Planet" can possibly be @320. The zip file size is a meagre 46.3 Mb, even less than the 52.6 Mb of my copy @192. Puzzled. You sure bud?
I have a queation about Rapidshare....Sometimes when uploading a file, after a few minutes it suddenly races along at 12000kb and uploads to 100% in a second or so but then still needs the 40-50 minutes to complete, even though it shows as 100% ??
Still hold up in my Office. Had a 70' LCD installed and have restocked the bar twice now. Evans did not show up with a Pound Cake. :( No worries. Is coming along quite well. Again, feel free to e-mail me if your in need of anything helpful or just need to yap at me for whatever reason. My doors, while somewhat absent, are always open.
@ Tony - We're lucky to have you sharing. I guess soundtrack people are kind of shy. Remember how much it took for you to come out of lurking? But I understand how you guys feel, when the numbers go over 50 you have to think...not all of them can be THAT shy!
@ benuit - Held off posting in the hope someone would offer a better bitrate, but looks like I'm it. 2-CD complete isolated score rip thingy, thanks to the original ripper...
You mean to the FD3? If only we could be so lucky. I was commenting on the fact that it is the most over requested title in history that has yet to materialize in any form but supposedly exists.
@ Filmpac
Check your friggin' e-mail and pick up the early invite already.
@ reimer - The Bedsitting Room appears on "Film Music Of Ken Thorne Vol 2", posted on this very blog by Tony on June 6, 2007 (courtesy of Quinlan's excellent link list). Link is still active too. I have "Times Square" somewhere, but I have grave doubts about the others being in existence. Here's the Ken Thorne link...
@ boynotorious - Filmpac only checks his email once a month. ;) BTW: I had great time reading your blog. I really appreciate the effort and the "sneak preview".
thanks for pointing the longstanding Thorne link out to me - am still trying to get over a New year bug that's addled my brain.
Isbum -
Yep, I'm still curious to hear 'Times Square' EVEN if it is merely Pop/Rock. Listening to another Rock-dominated OST from that period, 'Cruising', brings home to me how unbland such stuff can be - downright unpleasant actually, serving to make me think the film really must be repulsive. I must find out who the vocal performers are - they certainly SOUND like frightening degenerates roped in to flesh out the music.

I was about to post this on the Mort Garson tribute page, since the wally I got it off on the weekend had it labelled that way. But it turns out to be a slice of electronic strangeness by one Nik Raicevic instead. Only three tracks (all with odd drug references) reminds me of Jean Michel Jarre's Oxygene, despite it being made seven years earlier. And it's a quick download, so there...
@ manucosma - Acquired on the weekend. Anyone who enjoyed the excellent "Jazz In Paris, Jazz & Cinema" series might want to give this a try too, I think. Not quite as jazzy, but nice, very nice...
@ methexis - Thanks heaps for the "Mondi Caldi Di Notte" post. What a fun cruisy collection that is. For anyone a little unsure, it's a compilation subtitled "Italian 60s Mondo Movie Sexy Themes". Highly recommended!
@ tony - Thanks too for the John Morris on your site, is great. As I commented there, I would love to know the source of these recordings. On a second listen I now think it might be recording sessions, just a hint of a "cue the orchestra" composer voice on one of the later tracks. If anyone can shed any further light, please do tell.
@ reimer - I've just had a listen to "Times Square", and it sounds ok, so I'll upload that one during the day, time permitting (need to put the computer to work).
"Music From the Movies *1958" by Ramon Duval and His Orchestra Lp @320 http://rapidshare.com/files/83543896/RDO_MusicFromTheMovies1958.zip
Includes Some Enchanted Evening Desire Under the Elms Farewell to Arms Another Time, Another Place Too Much, Too Soon Dance from :Bonjour Tristesse" The Long Hot Summer Gigi The Song of Raintree County A Very Precious Love Cowboy Never Love a Stranger
A while back now, someone posted "A Family Thing", which I really enjoyed. Went hunting on the weekend for more by the same composer, and came up with this little gem. Should appeal to lovers of piano based scores...
@ isbum - Reminds me that you posted some other Don Randi Baked Potatos, must crank up Q's spreadsheet and chase them down. I very much enjoyed your most recent Randi, thanks for sharing bud.
can anyone tell me if The Master Cylinder has sent invites to his blog again? I can't access it anymore I found out today and I had access to it previously. I remember accessing not too long ago too like a week or two ago maybe longer. Can anyone please help? BTW isbum if this is inappopriate to ask here you can delete this comment. Thanks in advance everyone.
This business of a download going to nearly 100 percent and then taking forever to finish happens to me as well. Sometimes I am downloading video and nine out of ten parts download fast. Then the last part takes two hours to finish.
Makes no sense especially since no part can be over 100 mb.
*not a soundtrack. I just wanted to start the year out with a positive attitude and refresh my memory on one of the most original (or plain bizarre) records from the 80's. Will Powers Supporters included: Warren Beatty James Brown Glenn Close Sting Carly Simon Robert Palmer and Carter Burwell!
@ reimer - Probably should give you a small warning, it came originally from a torrent, and I recall a note to the effect that some tracks were replaced from disc, while others were still from the original double LP. All in all, it sounds pretty good, and as you've discovered is fairly hard to find, so here ya go...
Actually I had a private e mail from someone (who asked me if I could rip O lucky man for them last year) which I obviously did and then shared with the good people here. I remember our dear friend Chimez loved it at the time.
But I knew I didn't have 'If' as you say, a very rare soundtrack to track down, so thought I'd throw it open to the experts here..
I know the girls name and where she is from, but won't put it here in the event that she wishes to remain unknown..
but there must be a connection here somewhere? I've never been to the blog you mention though..
I am just about finished adding the first batch of Active Links into The Vault. I highly doubt there will be anything useful yet. However, you never can tell. Check it out and let me know if you need a PASS. Nearly all the new uploads are PASS FREE so it shouldn't be and issue now that I have gone Leech Free.
@ All
My e-mail is acting whack. Sorry if I haven't gotten back to you or missed a e-mail. My STRIKE woes resulting in my Production Deal getting Expunged earlier today, I likely wouldn't have replied anyway. It seems to be working fine again now if I missed something important. Please resend. - V.
Hello everyone, long time listener, first time caller.
I've been coming here for a little while now, eyes wide at some of the rare treasures I've seen, but I've never had much to give back. That might change in the future, but I do have a little offering for now
If.... is one of my favourite movies and although I don't have the LP of it (I didn't even know there was one!) I recently ripped some audio from the new DVD and made up a suite of some of Marc Wilkinson's amazing music for my iPod.
It begins with the choir & organ portion of the opening credits and takes in most of the musical themes from the film, including the opening of Sanctus that Mick obsessively replays during the movie. It's not entirely free of SFX, notably during the fencing bout and some motorcycle rumbles, but until somebody can find an LP, I figure at least it's something.
Anyway, I've upped it in a zip file & it's there for those who would like it at:
About "The Fisher King", it's a CD rip of the soundtrack album, so it does contain a few dialogue tracks, as well as songs and score. I believe there are 6 tracks of Fenton's score.
I find dialogue tracks to be annoying, but not everyone may share my view. So for the sake of completion, I posted the whole thing.
@ simon underwood - Wow! As debut posts go, that one ranks pretty highly. Nice job on the DVD rip of "If", thank you so much for sharing it with us! This LP is now #1 on my wishlist, Soundtrack Collector lists it so it's gotta be out there somewhere, although eBay listings seem to be non-existent.
To tide us over, here is another from the same composer, also a rarity...
And finally a request. Seems Marc Wilkinson recently got another of his scores released, "Blood On Satan's Claw" (1971). Anyone got this in their collections?
Begs the question, did Collins Classics actually close in '97 due to market conditions? This may be rhetorical, after all, we do know the soundtrack market was flooded with fantastic releases that year. ;)
"The Devils" with "The Boyfriend"? Sounds like something 7 Black Notes would have purchased in a heartbeat.
@ all - In case anyone is still wondering, the Bond project is still in the works. Get off yer high horses and give a "Big Western Action!" track to our January project now.
Holy crap, my internet's been knocked out for weeks due to my ISP upgrading something that made my modem obsolete and have I ever missed you guys! My wife says all facetiously "Oh no, your score friends are gonna kick you out of the club!" I sure hope not. (You hearin' me boynotorious?:)
@Isbum - Man, you ARE the man for posting 'Bucktown'. That is my FAVORITE blaxploitation movie and I just discovered it last year.
It also features Willy Deville's 'It's So Easy' which was used in the extended version of Death Proof for any Quentin Tarantino fans out there, of which I am thee king. I named my son after him for crying out loud.
i was hoping someone could help me with one of the last hols in my Danny Elfman collection, I am looking for the Scrooged score, not the rather useless soundtrack. any help would be very cool...thanks.. =)
Just wanted to pass along the information.... Mel's computer crashed, and I don't know when he'll be back on. He sent me a message on his daughter's computer, so I wanted to share so you don't think he's disappeared!
You are in luck. Here is the score to Danny Elfman's Scrooged. The only downside is that is only 160kbps....but it still sounds really good, and artwork is included. I don't see the score around much just the regular soundtrack so grab it while you can!
@ Sallie - Mr. Mizzy is headed East now. I thought Mel might comment on my "Music From the Movies: 1958" post. Tell him I'm very sorry to hear of his troubles. What a bad way to start the year. :(
La Polizia è al Servizio del Cittadino? by Luis Bacalov. It was once coupled with the Summertime Killer, but the CD has been OOP for years. The link posted in August has expired, unfortunately.
Okay, this is gonna be a challenge. I'm looking for Geoffrey Burgon "The Dogs of War" soundtrack/score. I will be eternally grateful to the one who finds this gem!
Don't worry... I just didn't want to post a rip of my Blood on Satan's claw CD here as I know how hard it is for the smaller labels to keep their heads above water.
I do have trouble keeping up with what goes and what doesn't go here???
This CD was only released late last year and is very much in print.
Some very established blogs are once again under threat, so I would tread very lightly as so far as what is being posted up front and exposed in the open..
@ reza - All good, and I hadn't realized Satan's Claw was quite that new. Got it, thanks for the post (ditto Ennioman, sorry, was away all day yesterday). Isbum, feel free to delete any time you are ready.
@ isbum - I agree totally on recent soundtrack releases. What I find interesting is that a film like Satan's Claw can even get a proper release, it's hardly that well known to begin with. Just take a look at Marc Wilkinson's own filmography. Films like "The Fiendish Plot Of Fu Manchu", "The Hireling", "Royal Hunt Of The Sun", are all much better known and you would think worthy of a release. Been donkey's years since I saw any of them, perhaps they don't have music, I dunno. Take a look at what HASN'T been released. "Family Plot" still has no proper official release (thank heavens for those recording sessions), which just boggles the mind. And where is "Marathon Man"?
Amoeba has "Satans Claw" Lp (500) but didn't get any Cd's. The Lp is actually more expensive.
@ filmpac - Think Marathon Man is Paramount and the tie-up of Family Plot is most likely Universal or the Hitchcock estates fault. I'm certain the "leak out" of it will only fuel sales when it arrives.
Long ago there was a picture of this record on a blog, but no link. Actually, many pictures of records without links. The comments left by other people were downright nasty. I left a comment asking for it nicely and he emailed me saying the Lp was too trashed to post. Finally ran across it and here it is. If you think Si Zentner is turbo-charged jazz, or really dig what John Morris was going for on his score for "Silent Movie", this is something for you to hear. Yep, mr. t, it should put another sandy on yer boat. ;)
Sid Ramin copped an Academy Award for scoring "West Side Story". Only other I have is his score for "Stiletto", which can be found at THXjay's Crime Lounge.
@ ghost in reverse - I didn't get it from there, but a quick google seems to indicate this was originally a CheefBrody post (no longer available), so all hail the Cheef! The same google lists it as recording sessions, so I'll have to go with that too. Regardless, comes free of sound effects, enjoy...
I don't remember seeing this one posted. This is the original soundtrack of Roger Vadim's "Les Liaisons Dangereuses 1960". Music composed by Duke Jordan as Jack Marray & Theolonious Monk and performed by Art Blakey's Jazz Messengers featuring Barney Wilen. Ripped from CD @ 320 with cover art (2 parts in one folder).
http://rapidshare.com/users/DTL9I7
Isbum, if you're still looking for something which could match Oscar Peterson's "The Silent Partner", this one may very well do. I think... Enjoy
Thanks for the upload of "Blood on Satan's Claw." Have seen it around since late last year and was wondering about it's quality. It's good. Good enough that I was prompted to buy it today. Thanks for the introduction!
@ quinlan - I would never question your judgment, but my preference would be another Oscar Peterson recording. Perhaps something that matches or compliments the mood of "The Silent Partner".
@ reza - Sorry to see you had to enable the comment moderation at your great blog. Truly sad. I believe the same thing happened at Tony's I LOVE MY TURNTABLE. I say this because Tony felt compelled to answer with "UNLESS INDICATED, ALL POSTS ARE ORIGINAL UPLOADS DONE BY ME...SO THERE! :)"
This blog, FRANKLYNOT, was only a title and nothing else until it was needed. Fortunately, tho created on "Old Blogger", it was easy switching to New Blogger where the advantage of deleting mean spirited comments and the posters who perpetrate them is very simple.
I recommend you block anonymous comments only. I am so sorry this happened to such a great person.

Cheerio!
Does anyone have Bruno Nicolai's Zenabel?
I found an offer at Amazon Marketplace, but since I don't know a scrap of it, I would like to listen into this soundtrack before I order.
I am also searching for Johnny Pate's Bucktown.
Can anyone help?
@ 3410 - This has been on my hard drive so long Shirley MacLaine could now be a grandma. Sounds ok to my ears...
Ennio Morricone "Two Mules For Sister Sara" (1970), @192:

@ benoit - Please feel free to update ML, if the version there is indeed damaged.
Otherwise, good. :)
Anybody have "Bunny Lake is Missing" by Paul Glass?

Thanks for that, Steve. Hopefully I'll get to it this month. ;)
Thanks, Isbum.
I'll take the route to Bucktown right now.
I'll be there in about 3 hours or so.
@ 3410 - Yes, I too have seen rapidshare's countdown timer running slow, but only in minutes. Not HOURS! Yikes! Usual fixes apply...

BTW, I'll be posting "In the mouth of madness" very soon.
Oh, forgot to mention- I'm working on a THE WITCHES bootleg.

Thanks again!
Spectral Analysis...
here is a example i just came across.
http://www.majestyx.com/mp3.html
@parzival

@filmpac
Actually, thank you that does clear things up a bit! I'm such an oldie I just throw the cd in the pc and hit rip.

Pt.2
http://rapidshare.com/files/82632293/Thf2.rar
This is something I cooked up myself. TD heads won't find anything new, but it's one of my faves and a nice intro to the band for the curious.
320kps, lame art included(sorry, not my strong suit!).
It is basically the original album, sequenced into film order, with a rare single of Dr. Destructo, a personal edit from their album Force Majeure (heard in the film, not on the album) and the concert track containing 'Diamond Diary' from the album 'Antique Dreams'.
N'joy!
@isbum
You got it :) Hope you like it, and hey why not fly first class?
now here's a question to add to the confusion...does the process of zipping and unzipping degrade the quality of the audio file?
@ tripmastermonk - No!
I certainly am, but I hope that helps, at least a little;)
@ filmpac - Reminds me that I have to give up bottled soda pop.
It's getting harder to zip up my files! ;)

@ mp - It's great my friend.
Where would the extra track,
"Labeo", go numerically if I'm putting it together as it's heard in the film?

RE: Zipping
I just read something in Macworld. We know that CD quality music can be turned into MP3 which are supposed to sound as good as CD quality but with smaller file sizes.
But once the music is shrunk down to MP3 you can't ever expanded it back to full size.
Apple has a format called Apple Lossless. If used you can compress a music file and make it like an MP3 BUT later in life you can uncompress it and get full quality back. How they manage that is beyond me.
Facinating, eh?
Here's the Rosenman "Lord of the Rings" from CD at 320 - no images.

@ goblinscore - Please don't do a DVD on account of me. Check out what is in those files though. Unless those links are dead. :(

I'm glad that you asked the question about an mp3 file @ 192 kbs becoming "magically" 320 after restoration.

And sure, thanks to all men in this place for great job!
@Reza,
Cheers for the thought, I'm beginning to feel like some homeless begger sitting just at the entrance to Isbums place pestering everyone for Crime Jazz scraps as they enter :)
.....hey man!......ya got any crime jazz man!
@Quinlan,
What a very eloquently put explanation, pity we can't just acquire your years of experience in that field :(
I could do with your skills on some of my Crime Jazz collection series, compiling various MP3's throws up all kind of variations in levels and noise.
Cheers guys
@Isbum,
As you are always asking fellow bloggers to keep you updated on new posts....
I've just added my latest volume of Crime Jazz "In Action!" comps from Alan Tew (library master)
also, a John Gregory LP "The Avengers & Other TV Themes"

@ Everyone - Our friend Tony is considering closing his blog
http://fortheloveoflai.blogspot.com/
Please, if you have any music by this respected composer that you can share with Tony, it would be greatly appreciated.
@ the score - The Bond project is still in the works.
@isbum - I'm still hanging here! Thank you for your contributions. I appreciate it very much indeed :)
@filmpac - You're right, I will keep it open. Thanks for your support and tips!
@ Tony - Yeah, Baby! Keep it alive!
This place is only comments, while many of the visitors here have visually incredible places with far more descriptive background information on the music being offered than I can muster up.
@ Tony, Quinlan, Mel - If you or your favorite blogs wish to post any of the music I share here, please let me know.
Tony - Seriously, take my links! ;)
I get 2/3rds more downloads when they appear at I Love My Turntable.

It's funny looking back at some recent emails between us. I called you "John" several times thinking you were "maimone digital".

I have a queation about Rapidshare....Sometimes when uploading a file, after a few minutes it suddenly races along at 12000kb and uploads to 100% in a second or so but then still needs the 40-50 minutes to complete, even though it shows as 100% ??
Does anyone else get this?

@ boynotorious - Oooooh goody:))
@ reimer - I have seen the "Times Square" double Lp. It's pretty much a new wave and rock collection.
Sure that's what your after?
@ THXjay,
Yeah, I've had that happen, but it's just a display problem; let it run and it will upload normally in due time.
@ boynotorious - Filmpac only checks his email once a month. ;)
BTW: I had great time reading your blog. I really appreciate the effort and the "sneak preview".

Filmpac -
thanks for pointing the longstanding Thorne link out to me - am still trying to get over a New year bug that's addled my brain.
Isbum -
Yep, I'm still curious to hear 'Times Square' EVEN if it is merely Pop/Rock.
Shame about the other three.

@everyone - I'm working on a Quincy Jones main or end titles project for my blog. If anyone could share what they have, I would be very grateful.
I just downloaded the main titles from A Dandy In Aspic, Deadly Affair, Mckenna's Gold and Ironside.
Looking for these main or end titles in particular:
New Centurions, The Out Of Towners, Brother John, Jigsaw and The Split.
I have every soundtrack Quincy released on LP, so what I'm looking for is any unreleased main/end titles.
I hope this won't be too difficult of a task. There is no rush with this project, it's just something I've always wanted to do :)
Many thanks!
Thanks, Benoit. You never fail to surprise.

@THXjay RE: Rapidshare being weird
This business of a download going to nearly 100 percent and then taking forever to finish happens to me as well. Sometimes I am downloading video and nine out of ten parts download fast. Then the last part takes two hours to finish.
Makes no sense especially since no part can be over 100 mb.

Hi All
Here's a bit of a testing request, I wondered if anyone has the rare LP for the 60's film "If".
A long shot I know, but thanks in advance.
Ennioman
@ reimer - Probably should give you a small warning, it came originally from a torrent, and I recall a note to the effect that some tracks were replaced from disc, while others were still from the original double LP. All in all, it sounds pretty good, and as you've discovered is fairly hard to find, so here ya go...

http://rapidshare.com/files/83807669/OST-TimesSquare_Part1.zip

@ ennioman - Did you ask for "If" at Grumpy Boss Corner blog?
By sheer coincidence, he emailed me asking for "If" as well.
Silly me, I wrote him back saying it was posted here only to discover I confused "O'Lucky Man" with it.
Filmpac will second and third that request for "If", if anybody has it. Not in any of my usual haunts. A total mind trip of a movie.
It's composed by Mark Wilkinson, by the way. I do have one by him called "Enigma", might give that a quick posting, it's only @128.
@ filmpac - I wonder "If..." can be in either 7 Black Notes or Tony's collections?
Cool film, bloody rare soundtrack, eh? ;)

Hmmm strange goings on..

@jersey devil - about The Fisher King. Is this only score or with dialogs?
@ Reza - Holy crap!! that spot is the mecca for all library heads! thanks for the heads up!
Anyway, I've upped it in a zip file & it's there for those who would like it at:
http://rapidshare.com/files/83965026/if.zip.html
Hope it does for now...All the best to everyone!
As well as Paul's awesome Library Emporium, you can find another library blog here
Library Music
If anyone knows of anymore.....
I need the 1st track ("Prologue") to the cd of Waxman's "Hemingway's Adventures of young man" Can someone post it? Pwitty pweeze?
@ Amadues,
About "The Fisher King", it's a CD rip of the soundtrack album, so it does contain a few dialogue tracks, as well as songs and score. I believe there are 6 tracks of Fenton's score.
I find dialogue tracks to be annoying, but not everyone may share my view. So for the sake of completion, I posted the whole thing.
Happy New Year!
Looking for...
Manu Dibango "L'Herbe Sauvage OST"
Manu Dibango "Ceddo OST"
Kind of rare I suppose :)
Here's a cool link!

Marc Wilkinson "Enigma" (1982), LP @128:
http://rapidshare.com/files/84080263/MW-Enigma.zip
And finally a request. Seems Marc Wilkinson recently got another of his scores released, "Blood On Satan's Claw" (1971). Anyone got this in their collections?
Greedy of me I know but I'm on a roll thanks to the helpfulness of posters here (creep creep) and whilst Lady Luck is sitting with me...
Anyone ever seen either of these -
Peter Maxwell Davies 'The Devils' & 'The Boyfriend'
thanks
R
Begs the question, did Collins Classics actually close in '97 due to market conditions?
This may be rhetorical, after all, we do know the soundtrack market was flooded with fantastic releases that year. ;)
"The Devils" with "The Boyfriend"?
Sounds like something 7 Black Notes would have purchased in a heartbeat.
@ all - In case anyone is still wondering, the Bond project is still in the works.
Get off yer high horses and give a "Big Western Action!" track to our January project now.
@ filmpac
Would you contact Isbum for my contact details.
Ennioman
Holy crap, my internet's been knocked out for weeks due to my ISP upgrading something that made my modem obsolete and have I ever missed you guys! My wife says all facetiously "Oh no, your score friends are gonna kick you out of the club!" I sure hope not. (You hearin' me boynotorious?:)
@Isbum - Man, you ARE the man for posting 'Bucktown'. That is my FAVORITE blaxploitation movie and I just discovered it last year.
Here's one I don't believe i've seen here yet...
"Cruising"
http://rapidshare.com/files/83879553/Cruising.rar.html
It also features Willy Deville's 'It's So Easy' which was used in the extended version of Death Proof for any Quentin Tarantino fans out there, of which I am thee king. I named my son after him for crying out loud.
Hello All,
i was hoping someone could help me with one of the last hols in my Danny Elfman collection, I am looking for the Scrooged score, not the rather useless soundtrack. any help would be very cool...thanks.. =)
Aww, drat. I see i'm also too late to submit another song to the Bond project. But I already uploaded it so here ya go anyway.
Button Down Brass - Theme to the Spy Who Loved Me (Nobody Does It Better)
http://rapidshare.com/files/83846763/02.__theme_from_the_spy_who_loved_me__nobody_does_it_better_.mp3.html
I don't think I even saw any covers of this included in the project and the tune's a personal favorite. Groove it!
A buried treasure post.
From a blog called
"whatf@ckedyou" of all things.
Sounds like John Scott to me.
"Godzilla Vs. Biollante" 1989
Low bit 160 but sounds pretty good.

Enjoy!
@ isbum and everyone else-
Just wanted to pass along the information.... Mel's computer crashed, and I don't know when he'll be back on. He sent me a message on his daughter's computer, so I wanted to share so you don't think he's disappeared!
@ J.
You are in luck. Here is the score to Danny Elfman's Scrooged. The only downside is that is only 160kbps....but it still sounds really good, and artwork is included. I don't see the score around much just the regular soundtrack so grab it while you can!
http://rapidshare.com/files/84156573/DE-_Scr.zip.html
@ Sallie - Mr. Mizzy is headed East now. I thought Mel might comment on my "Music From the Movies: 1958" post. Tell him I'm very sorry to hear of his troubles. What a bad way to start the year. :(
@ Isbum-
I'm looking forward to his arrival....many thanks!!!!!!
I'm sure Mel is eager to be back, hopefully it will be soon. I'll pass on your kind words.
@Sallie
a thousand and one thank yous my dear. Though it is a lower bit rate, its more than I had before and thus is Very greatly appreciated. =)

Hi all, I am searching for these two scores:
La Polizia è al Servizio del Cittadino?
by Luis Bacalov. It was once coupled with the Summertime Killer, but the CD has been OOP for years. The link posted in August has expired, unfortunately.
The other is Young Billy Young by Shelly Manne.
Can anyone help?
@ carrasco - I have both of those.
Let me check to see if I have live links.
@ H2o - Thanks! I'll check this out.
@ carrasco - Filmpac's link is still good. I guess my Megaupload for the other half is dead.
Summertime Killer by Luis Bacalov

@ carrasco - Sorry, I haven't got a cover for this.

Enjoy!
@isbum
Thanx for your help. However, I already have the Summertime Killer part of the CD, but not the Servizia tracks.
@isbum
Sorry, I must have written my last comment while you were posting yours.
I am really curious about the Servizia tracks.
Thanks a lot!
@filmpac
thx for the kind words and thx for Enigma
here's Marc Wilkinsons' Blood on Satan's Claw
http://megaupload.com/?d=VUQHJX2C
@isbum
maybe you want to delete this after filmpac gets it as its not OOP
@ Filmpac,
Armando Sciascia's "Sexy" is at the Manchester Morgue.
Okay, this is gonna be a challenge. I'm looking for Geoffrey Burgon "The Dogs of War" soundtrack/score. I will be eternally grateful to the one who finds this gem!
@ filmpac
Don't worry... I just didn't want to post a rip of my Blood on Satan's claw CD here as I know how hard it is for the smaller labels to keep their heads above water.
I do have trouble keeping up with what goes and what doesn't go here???
This CD was only released late last year and is very much in print.
Some very established blogs are once again under threat, so I would tread very lightly as so far as what is being posted up front and exposed in the open..
Ennioman
@ reza - I'll let "Satan" stay for the usual 24 to 48 hours. I really appreciate that everyone helps out to keep this place safe.
Soundtrack sales must be good.
The number of scores being produced and released has gone way up.
The foreign market too.
Jeepers, takes two hands to count all the scores I want. Time was when I'd only have one or two a month.
@ filmpac
'What I find interesting is that a film like Satan's Claw can even get a proper release, it's hardly that well known to begin with.'
You're hanging out with the wrong crowd dude, it's a cult classic!
;-)

Anyway, glad you have it.
Ennioman
So are Trunk and Finders Keepers the same lable?
Amoeba has "Satans Claw" Lp (500) but didn't get any Cd's. The Lp is actually more expensive.
@ filmpac - Think Marathon Man is Paramount and the tie-up of Family Plot is most likely Universal or the Hitchcock estates fault. I'm certain the "leak out" of it will only fuel sales when it arrives.
Betcha it arrives this year.
@ Isbum
Finders Keepers are not tied in with Jon Trunk.

"Young Billy Young" Lp @320
by Shelly Manne

EnJoY!
Yep, mr. t, it should put another sandy on yer boat. ;)
"The Big Band Sound of Sid Ramin"
1963 Lp @320
http://rapidshare.com/files/84378470/SR_BigBandSound.zip
Sid Ramin copped an Academy Award for scoring "West Side Story".
Only other I have is his score for "Stiletto", which can be found at THXjay's Crime Lounge.
* includes River Kwai March and Never on Sunday.
EnJoY!
Michael Hoenig "I, Madman" (1989), recording sessions bootleg @256:
http://rapidshare.com/files/84385013/MH-Madman.zip
@ isbum - Ooh, nice pair of postings there bud!!
@ filmpac - Thanks very much for your feedback on "If...." - I'm glad you enjoyed it!
I was going to up "Blood on Satan's Claw" tonight as well, but Reza beat me to it!
@ simon underwood - Welcome to FranklyNot, that happens a lot round here. It's either a feast or a famine;)
@ Simon Underwood
May I add my thanks also for the rip of 'If', not even had a chance to download it as yet, but look forward to doing so.
Ennioman
I don't remember seeing this one posted.
This is the original soundtrack of Roger Vadim's "Les Liaisons Dangereuses 1960".
Music composed by Duke Jordan as Jack Marray & Theolonious Monk and performed by Art Blakey's Jazz Messengers featuring Barney Wilen.
Ripped from CD @ 320 with cover art (2 parts in one folder).

- STooth
Wait a second, I have to check these out.
