regarding the V set, the only full song dvdrips I did were for the "Out of Sight - End Credits", and the "BKAB (SpeechFull Mix)". for the Out of Sight song, i just really liked how the score was mixed into it. As for the BKAB song, there is the legal version (Speechless Mix) that I included, but it lacks the most interesting part, the Malcolm X and Gloria Steinem speeches. So I had to get that song, Luckily it plays out nice and clean during the credits.
well done on the new project.lets hope for some blaxploitation,funk,jazz-funk,fusion and modern jazz. a big thank you for the hawaii five-o back cover scan.i have been after that for ages.if there is anything you need for your new project just say the word. look forward to posting some great stuff on here.
Isbum wonders. @ the score are you talking about Rockets Black History Month shares or his record store on the main page?
If any of you are thinking of posting pure Jazz recordings, I would ask that you wait to see if Sallie & Mel are opening a store for Hollywood, Broadway & Jazz Music.
We're keeping our fingers crossed that they do. The rent here is practically nothing! ;)
One question: I'm trying to download Chris Young's rejected An Unfinished Life posted by boynotorious, but I'm having trouble with the password. it's a long sentence and I don't have enough space to enter it in with winRAR. Anyone have any suggestions? I've been searching for this soundtrack! any help will be greatly appreciated!
Hello to all! Would anyone here know the location of two rather rare soundtracks: "Junior" by James Newton Howard and "Bill And Teds Bogus Journey" by David Newman? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
The Horse Whisperer - Thomas Newman Harry and the Hendersons - Bruce Broughton What Dreams May Come - Rejected - Ennio Morricone Spencer's Mountain - Max Steiner Hamlet - Ennio Morricone
Thanks for the great site and all the helpfull folks!
Uuuuhhh...OK, weird. The files have finished uploading but I'm getting no diplayed link. Crap. I'll do it again. The links will be up later this afternoon.
Here I am,after a pretty long illness, but still desperately searching for Ikebe's Kagemusha 2cds and Lambro's rejected score to Chinatown,Happy too be among you, again, great friends,THX!
i was hoping i could post some new music on his new site like blaxploitation, funk, modern jazz etc etc. hope this does not cause any problems regarding your blog as i like others here would not want to put such a great site in danger.
There have already been requests for James Bond soundtracks in 320 kbps... I have found links for many of them, still in 320 kbps. I can provide you the links, if someone ask for it.
But some are still missing, in 320 : - A VIEW TO A KILL - THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS - LICENSE TO KILL - GOLDENEYE - TOMORROW NEVER DIES - THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH - DIE ANOTHER DAY - CASINO ROYALE
Does anyone have it, or a link for it ? (in 320 kbps...please).
As my brain starts to rot from watch a bunch of Crown International 1970's films - I wondered if anyone knew of any Crown International Soundtrack combination set? Like that 1970 jazzy theme to "Trip with the Teacher" ?? Also I am still searching for the "Pom Pom Girls" LP - sadly it eludes me.
6 of the tracks however have special characters in their name so they can't be opened on regular PCs. Could someone with a MAC perhaps extract these 6 files and post them again ?
I have been avoiding it since my first inadequate experience a few years ago (no, isbum, not sex!), but the time has come to start seriously digitizing a 50+ year vinyl collection.
Have a turntable with preamp, but need software.
Any recommendations? Something easy to use, effective.
Sorry for the delay. After studying the film and the available material, here's what could be called an expanded score to Tremors. It contains a bunch of cues in film order by Ernest Troost and Robert Folk that were previously only available in edited suites on composer promos that were very confusing. Many cues by Troost were rejected and replaced by Folk's and they're on the second half of the album. By my reckoning, Folk provided about 19 minutes of music and most of it is here. A couple of his cues were used twice in the film's mix Hope this helps anybody who was trying to figure out what happened with this movie's music.

Here's my wantlist if they exist at all: Glory Expanded Score (James Horner) King Kong 2005 Rejected Score (Shore) Deceived (Thomas Newman) A Christmas Carol (1984 George C. Scott version by Nic Bicat) Scrooged (Elfman) in stereo w/o effects Ghostbusters 2 (Randy Edelman) Alaska (Reg Powell)
Here is a 4 CD compilation for war movie soundtrack lovers. I had found this on some blogs, but links were corrupted each time. This is one with good links.
All artwork and booklet are included...Many thanks to the original uploader.
"The Longest Day: The Ultimate World War Movie Theme Collection"
By any chance would someone have the Promo Score for the surfer girl movie Blue Crush, and the soundtrack if possible at a high bitrate. thanks in advance. =)
@ j. - Well, I had it somewhere. Now I can't find anywhere. Thought I doubled BLUE CRUSH with VACANCY on CD. If I rip it, it will come out looking like 320 even though the original bit rate could have been lower.
I know filmpac has it too, perhaps he has the original file.
The Master Cylinder had it too, along with a grip (many) of scores by Paul Haslinger.
Knowing all of that, you'd think I'd know where my copy is..huh?
@ j - Blue Crush coming right up. Mine copy is @320.
@ riddim1903 - Yes, all the links for the war collection have been truncated. A backslash is required, then my guess was WWMT but that doesn't work either. Please to re-submit those links. It's an excellent collection, and I would be keen to upgrade my version.
@ soundguy28 - Your link for Tremors is also no good, leads to a page not found error. Looks like something is also missing here. Can you at least confirm the number of tracks? Reason I ask is that the complete version of Tremors we have all been chasing for a while now, has finally materialized, but on a private forum. And I believe it should stay that way. It was posted by the original creator of the mix, and under some reluctance to do so. Let's respect his wishes.
@ omega - I'm very keen on that Roque Banos compilation, thanks for sharing it. Second your request for a Mac owner to re-up the funny filename tracks.
I recently found out that there was a 7 track promo score from Catwoman by Klaus Badelt. So far the only link I have been able to find is for the 2 CD complete score on Rapidshare. These files are far to large for me to get without being able to resume. Does anyone here have the small 7 track one available?
Give me an hour, and I'll give you an OST to Kate Bosworth surfing perfect pipe - luckily the one thing I have more of in my collection than anything else is actual song soundtracks - the score bug came a little later!
@ Filmpac: the link for Tremors is working for me (50 minutes ago when i was downloading the file and 15 seconds ago again), just copy and paste the link.
@ soundguy28: wow, what a post! 44 tracks of Tremors (and 60 minutes!), with rejected tracks and alternate versions, thanks a lot. :) It's still not the evrsion i'm searching for, but minus the missing songs it's probably a better version...
Bit of a mercy mission this. My dear old Mum is spending her last few weeks (days? months? who knows)in a wonderful hospice and her faculties are failing, but her hearing is intact. We got her her own MP3 player and she's grown very attached to it! She introduced me to John Barry's music back in 1968 via Lion in Winter, and I then aquainted her with much of his work after that. She always loved Walkabout, and as I've mentioned previously all my CD's are in long term storage and I cant readily get at them. I would sorely appreciate either a 320 LP rip of the original Poo LP, or the Silva re-recording. If anyone can help, you'll be doing a major act of kindness. Cheers in advance.
My heart goes out to you. My father was in hospice care last year, and finally passed away at age 93. During that long, arduous period I found the blogging world and found solace in the amazing generosity of many of the kind folks who now hang out here. To "pay it forward" I can offer you the Silva re-recording of WALKABOUT. Should be just a second.
Some great tracks on there (and one dreadful one, Beenie Man, oof!) and I've included P.O.D's "Youth of the Nation" which isn't on the CD, but underscores quite a big montage in the movie.
@ riddim1903 - Good grief, I sound like an old nag, but it's just not possible for a link as you have described to be valid. There MUST be a slash after the numbers, no ifs buts or maybes about it. The series of dots indicates something else is missing in here.
Your link looks like this: http://rapidshare.com/files/51548344...T.MP.part1.rar
Can you please re-check these links? Open them yourself. Copy and paste the URL as it appears in the address box of your browser. I am thinking you are opening them from whatever blog they were posted in, and assuming they are correct when they open. However, the links as you have supplied DO NOT open, and in fact CAN NOT, since they are clearly incorrect.
If you haven't already checked out Rocket From Mars Vinyl Adventures on the Main Page, you should.
Drop whatever you like there too! Rock, Comedy, New Wave, Spoken Word, Children's Records, Pop, Country, Celebrity, Library, Disco, Bagpipe, Kazoo, or Zither. The place is wide open to share whatever makes your imagination go all fuzzy and buzzy!
It truly is my pleasure to help out. I wish the best for you and your mother, and I hope that she finds comfort in the music and that it helps ease her passage.
by the way, the problem was that only the link name showing was copied not the actual link, since at the original forum they are clickable...anywhoo...enjoy, oh and flac versions are at the original forum.
@ ennioman - Same thing happened to me last night. I had Blue Crush ripped & uploaded when filmpac caught a wave and left me swimmin' with the fishes. It happens to the best. ;)
@ ennioman - Well, we were working on clearing up them war links;) But thanks anyhow mate, for trying to help.
@ isbum - Well, you did mention I had Blue Crush (Note to self, must turn off webcam). So it seemed prudent for me to up it. Know what I mean;)
@ all - Just so we avoid this situation again, and since it is Black History month, I'll do the Horner Glory complete request. Ok? Unless someone can do better than 192 bitrate.
@ simon underwood - Thanks man for the Blue Crush soundtrack. For what it's worth, I'm a sucker for song soundtracks too, toss any this way you care to.
@ soundguy28 & breton girl - 44 tracks on this Tremors? As opposed to 41 on the other. Curioser and curioser. I'll probably have more to say on this later, but for now thanks for posting it.
@ ennioman - Can confirm the above war collection links do indeed to be appear correct now.
@ quinlan - For the links list. The war collection with the wayward links we have been discussing is called "The Longest Day: The Ultimate World War Movie Theme Collection". Various composers. Hope that helps.
Hi guys, well it's done and yes I suppose there is a war connection in my selection, but in an area of perhaps the most devastatingly cruel and disturbing results of war.
Found on the weekend, and shared here in appreciation of the "Up From The Basement" post. Sweet! The film was seen by just a handful of people, let's hope a few more sample the score...
PS. Speaking of sampling, the track called Space is apparently one that hip-hop "artists" like to "sample". Words in inverted commas placed there for a reason. Enjoy the original!
Would you do me a favour my friend, would you post that free download again, the one that equalizes track volumes for compilations etc, and could you explain a little how this works? Does it have to work in conjunction with a certain player? Or is it perhaps all self contained?
I have at last started a proper Forum, hopefully it will kick-start a better way of conversing than my old Forum, which let's face it was a glorified comments section.
It's as deserted as a record shop selling 78's at the moment but if a few of you kind folk could take the time to post a comment/link/whatever I would sure appreciate it.
P.S. I hope my covers for the Bond Project are up to standard, it took me a few totally different designs, then as usual went back to the first design :)
@ thxjay - Nice one. I have mixed feelings about those forum styles, but best wishes for its success.
@ ennioman - I'll give you a rundown on Mp3Gain when I post Glory, since I used it to up the volume (very soft rip with most tracks 70-80 dB range).
@ all - Just having a listen now to something else I snared on the weekend, comes with a huge Filmpac recommendation. Visit Eclectic Grooves for a wonderful homemade mix called "Aural Film Noir Excursions". Outstanding!
@ THXjay - I see what you are talking about. Cool! You're like the hardest working man in blogland. Wish I had half the energy and a quarter of the creativity you put into your terrific blog!
@ ennioman - Right, here's the drill on Mp3Gain. First off you need to download it, here. Then install it, and run it.
What It Does Mp3Gain will adjust the perceived volume level of individual tracks. It works by setting a field in the mp3 tag data, which instructs the player to increase or decrease the volume level. Most players will recognize this tag information, but I cannot give you a definitive list. Certainly the Winamp I use does indeed recognize it, you can hear the difference immediately. Note that Mp3Gain does NOT change the actual mp3 data, but merely sets a tag, which can be undone without damage to the original mp3 file.
How To Use It Run Mp3Gain. Assemble all the files you want to normalize into one folder. Highlight all files, then drag and drop onto the Mp3Gain window. Click "Analysis" on the top menu, then "Track Analysis". Wait for it to do its thang. Note that each track is given a volume level.
Track Gain This is what you want when normalizing all tracks to ONE volume. Use this when making a compilation, where tracks come from different sources. Set your target volume in the "Target Normal Volume" box. eg 90 dB. Click the "Track Gain" button. Alternatively, click "Modify Gain" on the top menu, then "Apply Track Gain". Repeat until you achieve the desired volume level. Note that setting too high a volume can result in what they call "clipping", I guess that would be distortion in layman's terms. A figure around the low 90's seems to work well.
Album Gain Beats me, dunno, never used it.
Constant Gain This is what I used for Glory. I wanted to raise ALL tracks by one fixed amount, not normalize to a set amount. Click "Modify Gain" on the top menu, then "Apply Constant Gain". Select the amount to increase by.
Conclusion Hope that is enough to get you started. Remember, no matter how badly you balls up, it can all be undone again without loss to the original mp3 files. Click "Modify Gain", then "Undo Gain Changes". Have fun!
I don't know if the music was alredy released here but I really want sharing this beautiful score . This the promo score of the Cashback , composed by Guy Farley .
Thanks for Glory. As you've probably already discovered, the version of "Tremors" I posted is likely different from the one posted on a private blog you alluded to.
Actually I screwed up my post. It's supposed to be 46 tracks not 44! Sorry! Here's the corrected one.
Anyway, I created this version by taking Ernest Troost's "Tremors/Bloodrush" promo and Robert Folk's 17min suite from his promo and comparing them to the film (big fan). I'm curious now about the version Bretongirl is after. I didn't mean to step on anyone's toes.
Now if anyone's interested, here's another creation of mine from sources I obtained on CD-R, the complete score to "Agent Cody Banks" by John Powell.
@ ennioman - Sounds like you downloaded the source code (it is an open source project). Pick one of the other download options, I forget which I did but I'd probably go for one of the full Windows version (assuming you are on PC).
@ soundguy28 - No problems, a quick comparison shows the two versions of Tremors are indeed different. I didn't mean to sound harsh, it was just that the timing was odd, given that the one Breton Girl & co have been after (for months now) only just materialized the previous day. But again, more on this later. Keep up the good work.
@ the score - What, you mean you weren't issued with one of them new fandangled single spine cases? The shame. Hand in your decoder ring immediately:))
@ thxjay - Covers look nice mate, kudos! Just cranking the stereo now for a first listen, and settling down with a martini (shaken, not stirred, of course).
@ all - No doubt there will be some howls of protest, along the lines of "why wasn't my track included". Having heard a very rough draft some time back, I can only say that Isbum was placed in a very difficult position with this project. Over quite a few e-mails, I agree that the original project concept of being two discs was unworkable, given the number of tracks submitted. You have no-one to blame but yourselves for that. This almost certainly resulted in the decision to "cull" the material into one disc. At all times, every endeavor was made to respect the wishes of this group, and adhere to the submitted tracks. I know Isbum agonized long and hard over the decisions here, which is partly why the long delay before the finished project was released. So go easy, ok?
@ isbum - Hope I'm not outta line, boss. If so, feel free to kick this post to the kerb.
I just watched Avenging Angel (the 1984' sequel to Angel) and the Chris(topher) Young score was absolutely amazing (in a cheezy 80's kind of way. I know. I'm guilty).
As Filmpac said it's only a single disc, the back cover has a "front/back" for clear inner cases so you will see the design under the disc! if you see what I mean :)
You can either print it onto double-sided paper (same with the booklet) or just put them in back to back.
I'll also back up Filmpac 100% about Isbum on his tortuous decision to cull some tracks and make it a single disc. It wasn't a decision taken lightly. I think another reason was that some artists/tracks didn't flow as a compilation so were dropped/exchanged for tracks with a better "feel" because some of the original choices just stood out too much and interupted the mood.
It's a great listen, many thanks to Isbum for the final selection and to Quinlan's remastering.
@ THXJay Sorry man, bit lost with this back tray thingy? I've only ever been used to a tray back with the conventional 2 spine system? PLUS I'm guessing a lot of people use software for tray printing which holds the standard templates, such as back and 'expand to spines' this fits the back design in while keeping the correct aspect ratio of the back tray, so by loading this current design it would kinda throw everything out of shape resulting in the back tray portion being stretched into the left hand spine, well that's what would happen with my programme anyway, (I use COVERXP). Anyway, hope you don't mind but I have adapted your back design here for people who still use the standard CD back tray design, I hope you don't mind, if you wish I will remove or kill the link.
@ filmpac, THXjay Thanks for your comments regarding the Bond project.
@ Italian Police score fans
I have a disc that wasn't marked and I can't figure out what soundtrack it is! Help me out if you can identify it, here is the opening track from 17 tracks total.
Your in luck - around 20mins.? were included with Def Con 4, Torment & The Telephone on a long OOP Intrada CD. If no one beats me to it, I'll rip the whole bloody thing tonight and post it, since I actually have NOT seen this in blogland yet! Imagine that! ;)
Feeling a bit invigorated today, so here's a couple of Euro scores I been spinning. The first is part of the second wave of 3-D flicks from the early 80s, the second is a delightful slice of French ooh-la-la from the 60s...
Requested elsewhere, but how could I not bring them to my pals here! Simon Walker's The Wild Duck http://rapidshare.com/files/93597031/WalkDuck.rar Brian May's Frog Dreaming http://rapidshare.com/files/93600580/FrogMay.rar Verra nice Aussie scores, my rips @ 320, both packed into long suites.
@ Filmpac: Where's this Tremors score was posted, just out of curiosity? It's a pity the uploaders wouldn't share it on another places (like here), because of this i have to wait some more time... :(
Whoops! Look's like "Perversion Story" wasn't a new Cd release. I must be dreaming new Ferrio's at night!
Let me change my request then. How's about "La Morte Risale a Ieri Sera"? aka"Death Occurred Last Night"
The one I have is at a low bit rate and confusing(!) at 17 tracks, I don't think this is the remastered version because it's short one track. Same address, same crazy for Ferrio guy. ;)
It's for the cases with "clear" trays to hold the disc (as opposed to black/gray)
It doesn't need to be re-sized or anything JUST PRINT IT, you don't have to do anything to it! apart from fold it at the spines.
Maybe my earlier explanation confused people, the reason there are two backs is : one is the Normal back and the other is the inside, for a clear/see through tray so you can see the art underneath the disc.
The double spine thing you have done, I never bother with the other spine because when it's on the shelf you never see the back spine (and it only duplicates the front)
Hope that is clear for all, and if I'm just rambling on....ignore me!
1. Print both tray pics 2. Cut them out 3. Place them back to back 4. Fold at spines 5. Place into CD tray Voila!
This is avoided if you use double sided paper and just print onto both sides.
That is about as clear as I can make it without being able to show you.
@Ennio
I'm not sure why your program is distorting the covers, they are the EXACT size and don't need to be altered at all, every cover I have ever designed has used this template (my own)
Try just printing it, don't import it into any other program. It's @300dpi so is ACTUAL size for printing.
I'm just trying to help, don't take this the wrong way :)
@ goblinscore : Yep, DefCon4 & Torment are great. Though Avenging Angel is slightly different with the post-morderesque attitude he got there.
@ ruggo : i've also got the DVD of Comin' At Ya with the 3D glasses! Greeeeat item ("It's Back! It's Bigger It's better! and it's COMIN' AT YA!") Must say though it hurts my eyes every time I try to see all of it. Better close your eyes and listen to Carlo Savina.
@ isbum : la Morte Risale a ieri sera (great movie/great score) is on the way.
@ ghost in reverse - Not meant as any criticism, but this downloaded and opened like a jack rabbit. Are ACC files comparable to say, 320kbt mp3's? Enlighten this old man if you will?
I'm a fan of Ferrio's work too. The 'Valentina Controluce' theme from La Morte Accarezza A Mezzanotte is one of the greatest uses of voice in film music.
By the way, one final request: Teo Usuelli - Alla Ricerca Del Piacere
bond project is out of this world with some nice tunes and great artwork.well done to everyone involved and keep up the good work. did you get the email from me regarding file sharing ?
is it possible you could send me the link for project 1 jazz instrumentals along with artwork.
AWESOME!!! I got included in the credits of the Bond project with only 9 seconds making the final cut! HAHA! That is pretty funny stuff. Would I be alone if I requested compilations of 'rejected' material from the projects? After the postings are closed for the projects, all of those links are gone and good stuff remains that didn't make it. There are SO many I'm glad I snagged while I had the chance! (Just an idea. If it's a big pain in the arse, forget about it.)
Also I was wondering if anybody has had problems with Shareminer for the last two weeks or so. It always says service unavailable to me. Plus, NONE of my Rapidshare uploads have finished uploading since around this same time, so it could just be my comp. going freaking haywire again.
A couple of requests...
Joe Renzetti's "Dead And Buried"
John Powell's "Two Weeks Notice" (a couple of pieces were also used in 'Knocked Up')
@VonCheech
Man i've been waiting for a Mother's Day score a long time too and I just don't think it's out there. I've never really seen any Troma scores aside from the "Toxic Tunes From Tromaville" album which sadly doesn't have any Mother's Day music except if you count the Troma logo theme. Sayyy, you wouldn't happen to be asking because of Eli Roth's film festival going on right now would ya? Mother's Day is showing theatrically in LA TONIGHT!
I've spent this afternoon sorting out a lot of CD's and found 2 cases I've had for a few years now, with original insets etc, just never had the discs, so putting a shout out for them here, they are both on the GDM label
1st Ringo Del Nebraska by Nino Oliviero
2nd 'Western Trio' Le Pistole non Discutono / La Vita a Volte E'Molto Dura, Vero Provvidenza? / Ci Risiamo Vero Provvidenza?* This is a 3 score CD by Ennio Morricone and Bruno Nicolai*
regarding the Western Trio: This greatly anticipated disc was posted by ML in November. [here]
I've customised my own folders of the excellent Providenza scores with upgraded copies of the two title versions (from Chronicles 10), plus 2 or 3 other versions that weren't on that CD, some corrected titles, etc.
Happy to provide these if requested, or else you can just go with the originals. :)
PS. I wouldn't mind scans of this one, if you are able.
@ghost in reverse Since no one beat me to it, I'll up Def/Angel/Torm/Phone tonight, it's a great album...I was thinking more faux-Horner-48hrs. myself, but it's still great fun :)
And I'll second that Mothers Day request! That is one of the few films that STILL scares the hell out of me, especially the ending....gives me goosebumps thinking about it :( Even in bootland there is nothing on this, trust me I've checked....
A reviewer in PC magazine got pretty excited about the AAC (Advanced Audio Coding) system. He said AAC audio files were 30% higher quality than MP3 files of equivalent bitrates. He said AAC was likely the successor to MP3 files. Don’t count on it. MP3 is pretty well established.
The AAC files were the obvious winners in side-by-side comparisons with the MP3 files. Out of curiosity, another reviewer decided to compare some mismatched bitrates to compare them. He used the 256kbps MP3 as a reference and began with the 96kbps AAC file. The MP3 was easily better quality than the AAC, which came as no surprise. Next up was the 128kbps AAC. While the AAC file had some distortion to it, the MP3 quality was only marginally better than the AAC file. Next up was the 160kbps AAC file. Because there was little or no distortion that he could hear, the AAC file was much closer quality to the 256kbps MP3 than expected. But there was one thing he noticed that caught him off guard - the MP3's highs were "muddy" compared to the AAC file. The high-pitched strings were much brighter in the AAC file than the MP3 file - they sounded very dull and lifeless in the MP3 after listening to each twice. Excited by this, he then tried the 192kbps AAC file. Not only was the AAC file brighter than the MP3, but the quality was just as good if not better. One downside: AAC files do not seem to have ID3 - or equivalent – tags.
What most people have said about AAC vs. MP3. AAC is higher quality at the same bit rate, so you can use a smaller file to achieve the same quality as MP3 which is a good thing for portable and computer users. Ultimately, both formats still sound pretty bad in ranges 96-192kps compared to CD.
Just for the hell of it, here is the soundtrack to The Kite Runner, which I have converted from AAC (don’t know what compression) to 320kps MP3. The original AAC files were approximately half the size of the MP3 files, hence quicker downloads. I’ll let those with better ears than mine tell us what they think about the sound.
I've used Soundforge for years. It's very good for that purpose and simple to use (relatively speaking). Just a simple two-track (ie stereo) editor. Check around for reviews, but I'd guess they'd be mostly very positive. If you decide to go for it, I'll draft a tip sheet for you.
A few requests I haven't seen in blogland... Georges Delerue: The London Sessions Vol. 1 & 2 Hans Zimmer: K2 Mark Mancina & Trevor Rabin: CON AIR Thomas Newman: Josh & SAM Mark Isham: Made In Heaven Not sure if there is anything more than the hard to get Japanese CD of 'Heaven' but that would be great....have to replace all these cassettes!
The links for the Bill And Ted films are not displayed in their entirety (at least not for me) and I can't get to them. Could you perhaps post them again on two lines instead of one? Also, is Bogus Journey the actual score, or the other music? Thanks.
1) Put cursor in the margin of the line you want (ie at the start of said line). 2) Click, then drag right so the line starts to highlight. 3) Drag down to the line below, which will select *all* of the original line. 4) If the second line contains text, then drag right, back into the margin. If not, then ignore this step.
You'll now have the whole line selected, even if you can't see all of it. Then just copy the selected line, and away you go. Hope this helps.
Yup, the Bill & Ted are the scores only. and the whole code is there, as was commented above, you just cant see it. just highlight and drop down a bit. It will work. =)
@ H2o - Oh, for pete's sake! Thank you! I must have burned a 2nd copy when I couldn't find the first one. I spent most of the day checking out my Gianni Ferrio scores. Funny, if it had turned out to be his score for "Puzzle"!
@Ghost in reverse Thank you for the italian stuff.
@Isbum & 3410 Here is the first track (mp3@256 vbr) of "la morte..." that you can compare to the version posted by Ghost (mp4) It's difficult to hear the difference (especially by me, my wife always says that i am half deaf, i have listened too much at Mötörhead when younger, and sometimes even now) http://rapidshare.com/files/93982563/01_-_I_Giorni_Che_Ci_Appartengono.mp3
@Ruggo About ripping vinyls, my friends use Audacity, very simple. One thing i'm sure, it is you cannot increase the quality of a compressed file converting it to a higher bitrate (Filmpac told us about it)
@Isbum The link to Cinevox Horror is still valid : http://rapidshare.com/files/65087125/CVOX-CD1.rar
Congratulations for the OO7 project, it was a difficult challenge, and the "Love" project more...
And that's a whole lotta Ferrio! You can also get "Death Walks At Midnight" over at The Manchester Morgue. Isbum, I got "Death Occurred Last Night" @320, if'n all that up there doesn't work out for you.
@ filmpac - Bring it on baby! Similar to segroeg, my days spent listening to Nine Inch Nails no doubt have affected my hearing, but I might as well compare before burning a new Cd.
"A Death Occurred" is kind of new so you folks keep it "hush-hush" O.K.?
@ isbum - Not all that new bud, it's a 2005 release it seems, from DigitMovies. I wouldn't be too stressed about putting it up here, but it's your call. Will be later in the day regardless.
Hi all! I've been scouring the internet with no luck -- anyone have the Jerry Goldsmith soundtrack to the film "Powder"? Thanks in advance for any help!
@ bistis6 I'm not terribly computer savvy -- would I need some kind of special program to open that type of file or something? Definitely interested in the soundtrack in any case. Thanks!
Wow you guys have been busy! Many many thanks for the Delerue fellas, always such a joy! :)
@tony - Perseverance is working on issuing the (short) score for Lambro's CHINATOWN, a limited edition /re-recording is forthcoming. Word is it's not bad, but one of the final cues sounds 'chinese' which confused all involved apparently....
@ all Lalo's fans Isbum found the following 12 tracks somewhere in blogland. They are in a folder called "Lalo Schifrin's Ultra Rare Singles" and needed some restoration, most of them coming with the noise of the needle dropping onto the 45 rpm. Here they are:
In some instances the rip had not been made properly and the music is sort of saturated. There was nothing I could do about it. This is particularly noticeable in track 8 "Where Angels Go Troubles" but overall it's quite listenable and we have to thank the original uploader whoever he may be. Enjoy
many thanks for that great Schifrin single collection.
Here are some remarks concerning it:
The Master Gunfighter single had only the mono version of the track as B-side.
Way Way Out (1966) had a track called "Modesty Blaise" as B-side (perhaps Schifrin's arrangement of Dankworth's theme from 1966 movie ?)
Bolero + Donna Donna are from a single from 1975.
Who's Minding the Mint did -according to Doug Payne's discography- not have any release at all. Where does this track come from ?
Medical Center + Spill the Wine are from a 1970 single. Both are available on a Schifrin compilation by now. Medical Center has a different arrangement than the track on the LP.
Chilly Winds is from the movie "Pretty Maids all in a Row" (1971) and performed by the Osmonds. On the B-side is another Osmonds track not by Schifrin.
Where Angels Go, Troubles Follow (1968) is probably a sequel to Goldsmith's "Trouble With Angels". The B-side of the single is not connected to Schifrin.
The Nude Bomb (1980) is from a single where it is not known what is on the B-side.
Anpacondra Soul + The In-Crowd are from a 1965 unreleased session. These 2 tracks found their way on the compilation "Mission Impossible... and more".
Now be need just another compilation called "Mega Ultra Rare Singles" that include "El Jefe" (EP, 1958), "Rhino" (1963) and "Pussycat, Pussycat, I Love You" (1969).
And how about the "Hyper Mega Ultra Rare Singles" that include the 3 jazz 10-inches that Schifrin made in the 50ies in Argentina ?
Thanks for the info. Too bad. I should have asked the director @ the Eli Roth showing.... Charles Kaufman brought rolls for everybody. ;) did you check it out?
Hey everyone, Could anyone help me track down any of the following: :Geoffrey Burgons score for the BBC version of 'The lion,The witch and the wardrobe'. :Any music from the radio or tv version of 'The Hitchikers Guide To The Galaxy'. :Barry Grays score to 'Doppelganger'. :Ravi Shankars score to 'Alice In Wonderland'. :The score from the sixties move'Dr.Who and the Daleks'(or any bootleg Dr. Who Score at all) Thanks if anyone can help me Hugh
@ Filmpac, Thanks for that Ferrio. Mostly rather jaunty for the day after a death. ;) I didn't see Death Walks In High Heels on your list. I guess you've got it but if not, sing out.

@mcc
regarding the V set, the only full song dvdrips I did were for the "Out of Sight - End Credits", and the "BKAB (SpeechFull Mix)". for the Out of Sight song, i just really liked how the score was mixed into it. As for the BKAB song, there is the legal version (Speechless Mix) that I included, but it lacks the most interesting part, the Malcolm X and Gloria Steinem speeches. So I had to get that song, Luckily it plays out nice and clean during the credits.

are you talking about Rockets Black History Month shares or his record store on the main page?
If any of you are thinking of posting pure Jazz recordings, I would ask that you wait to see if Sallie & Mel are opening a store for Hollywood, Broadway & Jazz Music.
We're keeping our fingers crossed that they do. The rent here is practically nothing! ;)
Hello All!
First time to the blog and it's great!
One question: I'm trying to download Chris Young's rejected An Unfinished Life posted by boynotorious,
but I'm having trouble with the password. it's a long sentence and I don't have enough space to enter it in with winRAR. Anyone have any suggestions? I've been searching for this soundtrack! any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hello to all!
Would anyone here know the location of two rather rare soundtracks:
"Junior" by James Newton Howard

There have already been requests for James Bond soundtracks in 320 kbps... I have found links for many of them, still in 320 kbps. I can provide you the links, if someone ask for it.
But some are still missing, in 320 :
- A VIEW TO A KILL
- THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS
- LICENSE TO KILL

- THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH
- DIE ANOTHER DAY
- CASINO ROYALE
Does anyone have it, or a link for it ? (in 320 kbps...please).
Thanks in advance !

I have been avoiding it since my first inadequate experience a few years ago (no, isbum, not sex!), but the time has come to start seriously digitizing a 50+ year vinyl collection.
Have a turntable with preamp, but need software.
Any recommendations? Something easy to use, effective.
Thanks in advance for suggestions.
@Bretongirl and Boynotorious from around Feb. 3.

@riddim 1903
Sorry can't get any of those links to work. Maybe, like my taste buds, they were shot off in the war.
First off, after a set of numbers
/38599641 don't you need a backslash?
war is hell, this seems no different;)

@ H2o - I have a question for you.
Were their 4 volumes of the
"Grandeggio! Tema dal Film's"
or just 3 ?
isbum,
For now, as the series, "Grandeggio!" is just only three CD.
Well damn filmpac!
It's a Crush alright.
Just let me step aside sir.
@ H2o - Thanks for telling me, thought I was going crazy for a second.
I recently found out that there was a 7 track promo score from Catwoman by Klaus Badelt. So far the only link I have been able to find is for the 2 CD complete score on Rapidshare. These files are far to large for me to get without being able to resume. Does anyone here have the small 7 track one available?
@ j - Here's the promo, also wouldn't mind seeing someone share the soundtrack please...

and a pre-emptive thank you for the soundtrack.

@Isbum,
Just looking at the URL to add to the cover and noticed its called "Isbums Place", has it always been that? I thought it was "Franklynot"
Maybe it's just me going mad!
Dear @ruggo & @isbum
After your lack of success of downloading this 4 CD comp. "The Longest Day", I have downloaded it one more time. It has worked for me again.
Isbum, you may be right to add a / after the series of numbers etc. But it worked for me.
Sorry... Maybe someone who is equally interested and with a whole lot more tech. savvy may ggive us a hand to advise what needs to be done...
This is a swell piece...
Good luck.. :)
Peace,
@ Filmpac: the link for Tremors is working for me (50 minutes ago when i was downloading the file and 15 seconds ago again), just copy and paste the link.
@ soundguy28: wow, what a post! 44 tracks of Tremors (and 60 minutes!), with rejected tracks and alternate versions, thanks a lot. :) It's still not the evrsion i'm searching for, but minus the missing songs it's probably a better version...
Hi Folks
@ Steve
My heart goes out to you. My father was in hospice care last year, and finally passed away at age 93. During that long, arduous period I found the blogging world and found solace in the amazing generosity of many of the kind folks who now hang out here. To "pay it forward" I can offer you the Silva re-recording of WALKABOUT. Should be just a second.
For Steve and his mom.

Hope you enjoy it!
@ bistis6
A huge thank you for Walkabout, I'm on my way up there this evening with it. Very, very gratful.
@ riddim1903 - Good grief, I sound like an old nag, but it's just not possible for a link as you have described to be valid. There MUST be a slash after the numbers, no ifs buts or maybes about it. The series of dots indicates something else is missing in here.
Your link looks like this:
http://rapidshare.com/files/51548344...T.MP.part1.rar
Can you please re-check these links? Open them yourself. Copy and paste the URL as it appears in the address box of your browser. I am thinking you are opening them from whatever blog they were posted in, and assuming they are correct when they open. However, the links as you have supplied DO NOT open, and in fact CAN NOT, since they are clearly incorrect.
Thank you for your help and understanding.

@ ennioman - Same thing happened to me last night. I had Blue Crush ripped & uploaded when filmpac caught a wave and left me swimmin' with the fishes. It happens to the best. ;)
Right, can someone confirm those links are working, as I'm kinda uploading at the moment, let me know and I'll scrap the work.
Ennioman
Thanks Filmpac,
Guess I'll make my way over to this month's project while it's fresh in mind.

@ ennioman - Some of the best love scenes come from war films. Must be all them exploding fireworks, the rocket's red glare.
We'll always have Paris. We didn't have, we, we lost it until you came to Casablanca. We got it back last night.
@ ennioman - Please do. It's been coitis interruptus for days now. ;)
@ filmpac - No hard feelings mate.
Now don't cut me off from the web cam, please.
@J.
Thanks for recognizing the reason why the links to "The Longest Day" weren't working for others.
@All
Wheew, for a moment I thought I caused quite a bit of commotion. Anyway Im glad that all's well'n swell :)
Hi guys, well it's done and yes I suppose there is a war connection in my selection, but in an area of perhaps the most devastatingly cruel and disturbing results of war.
It hurts even thinking about it, enough said.
Ennioman
Found on the weekend, and shared here in appreciation of the "Up From The Basement" post. Sweet! The film was seen by just a handful of people, let's hope a few more sample the score...
Galt MacDermot "Woman Is Sweeter" (1969), @192:
http://rapidshare.com/files/93268482/GM-WomanIsSweeter.zip
PS. Speaking of sampling, the track called Space is apparently one that hip-hop "artists" like to "sample". Words in inverted commas placed there for a reason. Enjoy the original!
I got as far as Run DMC, N.W.A., and Public Enemy before gettin' outta da hood. I can go back, but I don't stay long.
@ Filmpac
Would you do me a favour my friend, would you post that free download again, the one that equalizes track volumes for compilations etc, and could you explain a little how this works? Does it have to work in conjunction with a certain player?
Or is it perhaps all self contained?
Thanks

I hope you don't mind me posting this here:)
I have at last started a proper Forum, hopefully it will kick-start a better way of conversing than my old Forum, which let's face it was a glorified comments section.

You're suggesting just a place to talk about everyday stuff?
Due tell?
@ thxjay - Nice one. I have mixed feelings about those forum styles, but best wishes for its success.
@ ennioman - I'll give you a rundown on Mp3Gain when I post Glory, since I used it to up the volume (very soft rip with most tracks 70-80 dB range).
@ all - Just having a listen now to something else I snared on the weekend, comes with a huge Filmpac recommendation. Visit Eclectic Grooves for a wonderful homemade mix called "Aural Film Noir Excursions". Outstanding!
@ Filmpac
No Problem and no rush mate, thanks
Ennioman
@ THXjay - I see what you are talking about. Cool!
You're like the hardest working man in blogland. Wish I had half the energy and a quarter of the creativity you put into your terrific blog!
@ soundguy28 - One of those complete isolated bootleg scores. A very soft rip, so all track volumes increased by approx 7.5 dB. Enjoy...
James Horner "Glory" (1989), complete @192:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=NL2N8433
@ ennioman - Right, here's the drill on Mp3Gain. First off you need to download it, here. Then install it, and run it.
What It Does
Mp3Gain will adjust the perceived volume level of individual tracks.
How To Use It
Run Mp3Gain. Assemble all the files you want to normalize into one folder. Highlight all files, then drag and drop onto the Mp3Gain window. Click "Analysis" on the top menu, then "Track Analysis". Wait for it to do its thang. Note that each track is given a volume level.
Track Gain
This is what you want when normalizing all tracks to ONE volume.
Album Gain
Beats me, dunno, never used it.
Constant Gain
This is what I used for Glory. I wanted to raise ALL tracks by one fixed amount, not normalize to a set amount. Click "Modify Gain" on the top menu, then "Apply Constant Gain". Select the amount to increase by.
Conclusion
Hope that is enough to get you started. Remember, no matter how badly you balls up, it can all be undone again without loss to the original mp3 files. Click "Modify Gain", then "Undo Gain Changes". Have fun!
Would anyone know if there were available the full score to Dennis Quaid's and Ellen Barkin's film, THE BIG EASY -- music by Brad Fiedel?
@ Filmpac
Explained perfectly my friend, will download today and give it the 'mess around' treatment ;-)
Sounds like an interesting little bit of kit.
Mucho Gracias
Ennioman
@ Filmpac
Just downoaded from the link you provided, came through as a zip file which I have unpacked and is basically a lot of small text files etc, any clues?

I don't know if the music was alredy released here but I really want sharing this beautiful score . This the promo score of the Cashback , composed by Guy Farley .

Here is the link to the blog where I found Cashback's score . There is some interesting stuff on this blog .
I Hope you'll enjoy it . ;-)

@filmpac:
Thanks for Glory. As you've probably already discovered, the version of "Tremors" I posted is likely different from the one posted on a private blog you alluded to.
Actually I screwed up my post. It's supposed to be 46 tracks not 44! Sorry! Here's the corrected one.
Tremors Expanded 46 track version:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=N33NAF59
Anyway, I created this version by taking Ernest Troost's "Tremors/Bloodrush" promo and Robert Folk's 17min suite from his promo and comparing them to the film (big fan). I'm curious now about the version Bretongirl is after. I didn't mean to step on anyone's toes.
Now if anyone's interested, here's another creation of mine from sources I obtained on CD-R, the complete score to "Agent Cody Banks" by John Powell.

@isbum
hi how are things.
sorry to trouble you but is it possible you could send me the link for the 1st project jazz instrumentals along with the artwork.
thanks in advance.

@isbum.
check your email in box.
best wishes.
the score.
@isbum.
bond project looks great.
just one problem.
the back cover has only 1 spine.could you explain please or let me know if correct how it fits.
best wishes.
the score.
Ooh, Bond project is out:))
well, since Blu Crush materialized quickly, anyone have the soundtrack to another surfin' flick, Point Break, in a lovely 320 bitrate...=)
--J.
For J.
This the promo score of Point Break by Mark Isham . I don't know about the quality but I hope that you enjoy it ....

80's alert! 80's alert!
I just watched Avenging Angel (the 1984' sequel to Angel) and the Chris(topher) Young score was absolutely amazing (in a cheezy 80's kind of way. I know. I'm guilty).
Any chance, somewhere, someday?
@cybellio
I am actually looking for the song soundtrack, not the score. thanks anyway though...
--J.
@Score,
As Filmpac said it's only a single disc, the back cover has a "front/back" for clear inner cases so you will see the design under the disc! if you see what I mean :)
Over and Out!
Does anybody have?
They Died With Their Boots On

Thanks
@ Filmpac
Have MP3 gain up and running thanks.
@ THXJay
Sorry man, bit lost with this back tray thingy?

@ Isbum,
Hard to remember, and I'm away from home (and therefore computer) this week so can't check, but sounds like Gianni Ferrio to me.
Could try the "auto-tag" function on the ID3 tags in the new-ish winamp. It's worked for me once or twice.
@ h2o,
Thank you for the bossa disc & tips. Lovely.
@ Amadeus
I hesitated before posting this, but after some searching around it seems as if this is no longer in print. So here ya' go!

Anyone have? Thanks...
Feeling a bit invigorated today, so here's a couple of Euro scores I been spinning. The first is part of the second wave of 3-D flicks from the early 80s, the second is a delightful slice of French ooh-la-la from the 60s...

@ Filmpac: Where's this Tremors score was posted, just out of curiosity? It's a pity the uploaders wouldn't share it on another places (like here), because of this i have to wait some more time... :(
@ breton girl - Why not ask for a private share from filmpac?
He could also send it to me, I think I still have your email address.
@ Isbum: yeah, good idea...
So Filmpac, if you want to share it privately with Isbum and me, please... :)
Speaking of private shares...
God how I love Gianni Ferrio!!
Would anyone happen to have the new release of "Perversion Story" that they could share with me?
zippyljs@yahoo.com
Now listening to "The Bloodstained Butterfly". Bloody genius!
Whoops! Look's like "Perversion Story" wasn't a new Cd release.
I must be dreaming new Ferrio's at night!
Let me change my request then.
How's about
"La Morte Risale a Ieri Sera"?
aka"Death Occurred Last Night"
The one I have is at a low bit rate and confusing(!) at 17 tracks, I don't think this is the remastered version because it's short one track.
Same address, same crazy for Ferrio guy. ;)
I'll second that!
@filmpac & isbum
ever see score for "Mother's Day" (1980) out there?
@Ennioman,
It's for the cases with "clear" trays to hold the disc (as opposed to black/gray)
Thanks all
How is this......
1. Print both tray pics
2. Cut them out
3. Place them back to back
4. Fold at spines
5. Place into CD tray
Voila!
This is avoided if you use double sided paper and just print onto both sides.
That is about as clear as I can make it without being able to show you.
@Ennio
Cheers buddy
Hello !
Could anyone here upload Captain Blood (31 tracks edition), by E.W. Korngold, in 320 kbps, please ?
Thanks in advance for that !

3D has come a long way. Saw Beowulf with my son at IMAX, and what an experience!
This is coming from the guy who can still remember first runs of "Bwana Devil" and "Mystery Of The Wax Museum."
Back then they used two projectors in sync, but just a little askew. Oh. My. God. Talk about your basic headache and eye strain!
@private shares
Check your e-mails for bunch of late releases too recent to post.
By the way, one final request:

@ the score - All of our Projects will be available soon at
The Crime Lounge.
I'll notify everyone when it's up. :)
John Powell's "Two Weeks Notice"
(a couple of pieces were also used in 'Knocked Up')
@VonCheech
Would anyone care to upload Rozsa's GOLDEN VOYAGE OF SINBAD, pretty please?

I've spent this afternoon sorting out a lot of CD's and found 2 cases I've had for a few years now, with original insets etc, just never had the discs, so putting a shout out for them here, they are both on the GDM label

2nd 'Western Trio'

regarding the Western Trio: This greatly anticipated disc was posted by ML in November. [here]
I've customised my own folders of the excellent Providenza scores with upgraded copies of the two title versions (from Chronicles 10), plus 2 or 3 other versions that weren't on that CD, some corrected titles, etc.
Happy to provide these if requested, or else you can just go with the originals. :)
PS. I wouldn't mind scans of this one, if you are able.

Since no one beat me to it, I'll up Def/Angel/Torm/Phone tonight, it's a great album...I was thinking more faux-Horner-48hrs. myself, but it's still great fun :)
And I'll second that Mothers Day request! That is one of the few films that STILL scares the hell out of me, especially the ending....gives me goosebumps thinking about it :(
Even in bootland there is nothing on this, trust me I've checked....

Go ahead Q, build your own. Isbond knows you want to! ;)

@ Ruggo,
I've used Soundforge for years. It's very good for that purpose and simple to use (relatively speaking). Just a simple two-track (ie stereo) editor. Check around for reviews, but I'd guess they'd be mostly very positive. If you decide to go for it, I'll draft a tip sheet for you.
Thank you very much, Clint!

The links for the Bill And Ted films are not displayed in their entirety (at least not for me) and I can't get to them. Could you perhaps post them again on two lines instead of one? Also, is Bogus Journey the actual score, or the other music? Thanks.
@ Christine,
You don't need to see it for it to work.
@Christine
Yup, the Bill & Ted are the scores only. and the whole code is there, as was commented above, you just cant see it. just highlight and drop down a bit. It will work. =)

And that's a whole lotta Ferrio! You can also get "Death Walks At Midnight" over at The Manchester Morgue. Isbum, I got "Death Occurred Last Night" @320, if'n all that up there doesn't work out for you.
Superman "complete" score box set
HERE
@ filmpac - Bring it on baby! Similar to segroeg, my days spent listening to Nine Inch Nails no doubt have affected my hearing, but I might as well compare before burning a new Cd.
"A Death Occurred" is kind of new so you folks keep it "hush-hush" O.K.?
Sorry folks, that makes it look like a download. It's a new release.
@ isbum - Not all that new bud, it's a 2005 release it seems, from DigitMovies. I wouldn't be too stressed about putting it up here, but it's your call. Will be later in the day regardless.
@ THXjay - This is a HUGE release for F@M! Let the cash registers ring!
This should move faster than a speeding bullet!
Hi,
I am desperately looking for Hans Zimmer Guitars Vol I and II.
Could you help me?
Many Thanks,
fabien
Hi all! I've been scouring the internet with no luck -- anyone have the Jerry Goldsmith soundtrack to the film "Powder"? Thanks in advance for any help!
@ oliviainbolivia and everyone else.
I have the complete score to POWDER in EAC.APE.CUE form. Interested?
For a limited time only (or not, depending on Isbum) here is...
Gianni Ferrio "La Morte Risale A Ieri Sera" (aka Death Occurred Last Night)" (1970), @320:
http://rapidshare.com/files/94069991/GF-DeathOccurred.zip
Enjoy!
@ bistis6
I'm not terribly computer savvy -- would I need some kind of special program to open that type of file or something? Definitely interested in the soundtrack in any case. Thanks!

@ all Lalo's fans
Isbum found the following 12 tracks somewhere in blogland. They are in a folder called "Lalo Schifrin's Ultra Rare Singles" and needed some restoration, most of them coming with the noise of the needle dropping onto the 45 rpm.
Here they are:
http://rapidshare.com/files/94113011/LS_Ultra_Rare_Singles_mp3.rar
In some instances the rip had not been made properly and the music is sort of saturated. There was nothing I could do about it. This is particularly noticeable in track 8 "Where Angels Go Troubles" but overall it's quite listenable and we have to thank the original uploader whoever he may be.
Enjoy
@ quinlan - Thank you for being available and giving your time to washing up the occasional "mutt" I find out in the blogosphere. ;)
I truly appreciate everything you do here at our home!
@ isbum - i could've sworn i found this around these parts, but here's Un' Ombra Nell' Ombra as requested...

@ maimone digital - Thanks so much! I'm very much enjoying this beautiful score! :)
@ tripmastermonk - Wow! If "Un'Ombra" was posted here it must have slipped by me. Swweeet!
Thanks beat maestro! ;)
Hi Quinlan and Isbum,
many thanks for that great Schifrin single collection.
@comeback shane
Thanks for the info. Too bad.
I should have asked the director @ the Eli Roth showing.... Charles Kaufman brought rolls for everybody. ;) did you check it out?

@ Filmpac,
Thanks for that Ferrio. Mostly rather jaunty for the day after a death. ;) I didn't see Death Walks In High Heels on your list. I guess you've got it but if not, sing out.
